Error 21 apres installation multiboot XP Ubuntu

Bonjour tout le monde,

            Après avoir installer Ubuntu 7.10, j'ai le message error 21 lors de la selection des OS.
           Mais je ne comprends pas tout me semble correct le Grub est sur le Disque 1 HB1.

       Ma configuration est la suivante ( c'est historique):
                   Disque 1 master : disque de données
                   Disque 2 salve : XP + Ubuntu en muli boot 

           Voici le contenu du fichier menu.lst :
