apt-get ne fonctionne pas

Voila j'essai tant bien que mal d'installer le packet libgtk2.0-dev mais sans resultat voila l'erreur retournée :

Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
Aucune version du paquet libgtk2.0-dev n'est disponible, mais il existe dans la base
de données. Cela signifie en général que le paquet est manquant, qu'il est devenu obsolète
ou qu'il n'est disponible que sur une autre source
Cependant les paquets suivants le remplacent :
  libgtk2.0-bin
E: Aucun paquet ne correspond au paquet libgtk2.0-dev

j'ai verifier et la libgtk2.0-dev n'est pas deja installée et si j'essai de telecharger la libgtk2.0-bin il me retourne :

Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
libgtk2.0-bin est déjà la plus récente version disponible.
0 mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 0 non mis à jour.

Si vous avez une idee de la raison pour la quelle il ne fait aucun telechargement de paquet merci de m'en faire part.

Bonjour,

apparemment tu n'as que le cdrom comme dépôt actif, celui-ci ne doit pas contenir des bibliothèques de développement.

Soit tu décommentes (supprime les #) quelques lignes, soit tu les actives via synaptic:

deb http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy main restricted

c'est le minimum pour avoir le paquet qu'il te manque, et je te conseille aussi d'activer universe, multiverse, gutsy-updates, et gutsy-security

Je vous remercie maintenant des Mises a jours se font, et a la fin de ces mises a jour je rajouterai les paquets dont j'ai besoin.
