ntldr manque aprés installation sur 2éme disque dur probleme grub

Bonjour,

J'ai 2 DD, le premier avec ubuntu hardy, le 2eme avec XP.

j'ai biensur fait l'install de Hardy en 2eme.

XP marchait avant l'install de Hardy, depuis 2 problèmes :

- Je dois pressé ESC pour voir le grub
- j'ai NTLDR manque qd je boote sur XP

J'ai lu la doc du Grub en applicant les lignes pour XP sur le deuxieme disque dur mais rien.

Je suis tombé sur un sujet ressemblant au mien http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1439200

sauf que moi Ubuntu est sur le premier disque alors j'ai essayé de bidouiller le grub en inversant les boot mais je n'ai recuperer que des erreurs 18 et 13

Quelqu'un peut eclairer mes lanternes ?

Je ne suis pas vraiment calé sur le problème mais peut-être qu'en réinstallant grub...

Je profite de ce post pour exposer mon problème, ça ressemble à celui-ci sauf que j'ai 3 disques, hardy se lance très bien par contre pas moyen de configurer grub pour booter xp sur un autre disque, voici une copie de ma configuration par Gparted :

Et voici mon grub, à part pour Hardy il n'est pas très correct mais bon j'ai testé quelques trucs aussi hmm

J'ai mon ancienne installation de Feisty en dual boot avec windows, rien de tout ça ne se lance par contre hardy sur un autre disque : pas de problèmes

Hardy est installé sur sdb1, xp sur sda1 et mon ancienne feisty sur sdc1.

Oui je sais ce n'est pas très propre... mais que voulez vous j'aimerais retrouver mon xp pour un ou deux jeux très récents wink

Comment puis je configurer mon grub avec tout ceci? D'après ce que je vois il y a deux boot marqueurs, mon problème viendrait il de là?

ah je crois que j'ai avancé un peu :

j'ai  suivi le tuto de reinstalle de grub sur une partition et maintenant j'ai

grub loading... puis plus rien je suis bloqué là !

tiens je viens de me rendre compte que mon disque sous XP n'apparait pas dans mon poste de travail ubuntu....

pour ntldr
tu boot sur le cd xp
f3 pour quitter l'install ou réparation dans le menu
en "mode console"
copy d:\I386\ntldr /c:
en supposant que d: est ton lecteur cd/dvd et c: ta partition windows
ensuite chkdsk c:
(toujours la même supposition)

Salut,

tu as installé grub sur les deux disques.
Pour voir si xp est endommagé

tape depuis ubuntu muni d'une connexion (donne les retours)

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install mbr
sudo install-mbr /dev/sdb     #surtout ne pas mettre de chiffres après b par erreur

Puis tu redémarres, vas dans le bios, tu change l'ordre des disques afin que
le pc boot sur le disque xp puis disque ubuntu

Et tu nous dis ce qu'il se passe

Faut les mettre sur le meme disque dur sinon ces galere a config pour boot de demarage xp apres unbuntu = > tu fait 2 partition sur le meme disque tu instaler xp apres linux ca va bien booter est plus de probleme
pk chercher trop loing quand ces simple a config

je test ça apres mon long weekend dans la nature ! je suis pas devant le pc en question avant lundi soir  ;-)

moi aussi j ai essayer de mettre xp vista unbuntu sur 3 disque different 1 er bug vista ne voulez pas instaler dans lotre disque a part le c:
// depuis  xp donc j ai format fait 3 partition sur C: ci tes interesser par un triple boot j ai trouver une video super facile

je rajouterais j ai fait 2 copie de unbuntu une sur un cd de 700 mo place utiliser 699 mo
a l  installe il bug des x instale a durer 7hoo lol ( oui je les laisser trourner )

j ai refait une copie sur un cd de 800 mo la il bug plus ( 45 minute - + install )

Pour ton ntldr manquant, il se peut que se soit rien du tout. Des fois il suffit juste de réajuster les branchement des nappes des dd, et ça repart. Je l'ai déjà vu plusieurs fois ça! Réajuste bien tes branchements donc et voies ce que ça donne...

fait la copie à partir du cd XP comme indiqué plus haut
ou directement à partir de linux (un cd live peut faire l'affaire)
même chemin (répertoire I386)
ensuite, si tous se passe bien
à partir de windows:
un checkdisk (verification des erreurs)et une défragmentation.
si (au moment de la copie)tu vois un fichier NTLDR0 à la racine, prévient et ne relance pas windows.
oups, je retire le live cd (à moins d'avoir 2 lecteurs)
