wifi avec Netgear wg311g

Bonjour à tous,

Je tente depuis 2 jours de faire fonctionner une netgear wg311v2 sur la Hardy Heron 8.04.

J'ai appliqué les tutos que j'ai trouvé (ndiswrapper) allant jusqu'à accuser network Manager et installer Wicd.

Rien n'y fait : pas de wlan0.:(

Avant de déposer le résultat des commandes pré requises, voici le ndiswrapper -l :

Visiblement le sudo modprobe -r acx et le blacklistage acx ne fonctionnent pas et je soupçonne un conflit avec l'acx :
