gros problem de grub

boujour,

je vien de redemarrer mon PC et la horreur, il ne demarrer plus(ubuntu)(la consol de grub se lance) je lance le live cd et regarde le fichier menu.lst et la plus rien, le fichier est vide  alors j'ai une question, et t'il possible de reconstruire le fichier menu.lst a partir du live cd ???si oui comment ??

bon j'ai mi se menu.lst  trouver sur internet

boot sur le live cd puis réinstall ton grub.
