[Résolu] Problèmes multiples ?

Bonjour à tous.
J'ai affaire à plusieurs problèmes, mais je pense qu'ils ont en commun quelque chose : une mise à jour.

Il y a quelques jours (je ne sais plus quand exactement), je vois des mises à jour à faire. Il me semble que sur la Konsole, ça ne fonctionnait pas (pour une raison que j'ignore). J'ouvre donc Adept Manager (j'ai Kubuntu Hardy), et je mets à jour sans problèmes. Les paquets concernées étaient sudo, wget, entre pas mal d'autres.

Jusque là, il n'y a pas vraiment de problème, mis à part pour la Konsole. Depuis, en ligne de commande, quand j'update la liste des dépôts, j'ai une erreur semblable à celle-ci : 

W: Impossible de récupérer http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/Release.gpg  Connexion à 127.0.0.1: 8118 (127.0.0.1) impossible. - connect (111 Connexion refusée)

Ceci pour chaque ligne de dépôt, et à la fin :

W: Le téléchargement de quelques fichiers d'index a échoué, ils ont été ignorés, ou les anciens ont été utilisés à la place.
W: Vous pouvez lancer « apt-get update » pour corriger ces problèmes.

Apparemment, avec Adept Manager, il n'y a pas de problème. (Peut-être ça que le problème vient de wget mal mis à jour ?)


Ensuite, lorsque je veux ouvrir une application en mode Super Utilisateur (ALT+F2 et kdesu ...) voilà ce que j'ai :

kdesu kate
Impossible d'exécuter la commande spécifiée.

De même, avant, lorsque je mettais une adresse ou "gg:recherche" dans le champs de la boîte s'ouvrant après "Alt+F2", ça ouvrait mon navigateur par défaut (Firefox). Là, ça m'indique "Impossible d'exécuter la commande spécifiée".

Pour l'instant, ce sont les seuls problèmes que j'ai trouvés, mais peut-être y en a-t-il encore.
Ce n'est pas vraiment super dérangeant, mais un peu embêtant quand même.

Pouvez-vous me dire d'où ça vient, et comment réparer le problème, s'il y en a un ?

Alors on va commencer par le commencement récupérer des informations donne le retour des commande suivant 

cat /etc/lsb-release
cat /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Est ce que tu traverse un proxy pour aller sur internet ?

Aaah, oui, ça doit être ça.
J'avais installé Privoxy, et je l'ai supprimé, il y a peu ^^

Bon, apparemment, il y avait deux problèmes :

Privoxy étant supprimé, les logiciels pointant leurs requêtes internet vers ce logiciel, ça bug (je ne sais plus où sont les fichiers de configuration)

Pour les bugs de ALT+F2, j'ai réinstallé le paquet kde, apparemment, il manquait pas mal de fichiers.


En conclusion, j'aimerai juste savoir si vous pouviez me dire où se trouve le fichier de configuration de wget (et apt aussi, s'il utilise une configuration qui "pointe vers privoxy").
