Intel Corporation Wireless WiFi Link 5100
Bonjour à tous
Je viens de m'acheter pour Noel un nouveau portable, malheureusement je rencontre des difficultés pour utiliser sa carte WIFI qui semble détectée, mais qui refuse d'accrocher ma freebox). fonctionne avec Vista.
Noyau 2.6.27-9

J'ai configuré knetworkmanager qui avec ma clé WPA, l'icone montre l'engrenage tourner et celui ci se stoppe et conserve le symbol non connecté.

Je ne vois plus que faire pour resoudre ce problème, est ce lié au fait que mon materiel est recent (pas de pilotes dispos) ?

Bonsoir,
As tout hasard, tu serais pas en cryptage WPA TKIP ? si oui passe en TKIP+AES (le dernier de la liste dans l'interface de gestion du wifi de ta box) et re-test.
Tombé dans l'informatique étant petit, j'en ai fait mon métier. Utilisateur d'Ubuntu depuis novembre 2006, actuellement sous 20.04 x64 (Que d'évolution
depuis Dapper Drake ! Ça rajeunit pas ^^^).
