peut on installer 2 versions de ubuntu sur 2 dd distincts sur le meme pc ..???

En revanche, il y a toutes les histoires de Grub.
Grub ne prend en compte qu'un seul fichier menu.lst, généralement celui de la dernière distrib installée.

Donc, lors d'une mise à jour du noyau de la première install, ça ne sera pas répercuté dans le menu.lst de la 2ème ... donc pas dans grub.


Pour passer un sujet en résolu : modifiez le premier message et ajoutez [Résolu] au titre.

en fait j'avais deja ubuntu 9.04 sur mon 2eme dd et je voulais la mettre sur le 1er.je garde celle du  2eme le temps de récupérer des trucs dessus et apres je la remplacerais par fedora 11 .

Voila mon souci: comme je l'ais dit plus haut j'ais installe fedora 11 a la place de mon second ubuntu sur le second DD mais la petit probleme au redemarage il ,n,'apparait nul part!
Pourtant l'installation s'est bien passee , mais au grub je n'ais rien. Voila mon menu au demarage:
