c'est fait et rien ne c'est passer bon ca a marché cette fois si ca m'a ouvert un nouvelle fenêtre et j'ai enregistré le code mais rien j'ai redémarré et rien mais que dois je faire????? j'ai lu que l on pouvais installer le 9.04 et tout mettre a jour et rester sur l'ancien noyau mais que ca ramer un peu plus que faire

tu peut tester!
1 copie ta source.list qui ce trouve dans /etc/apt/sources.list sur une clé usb
2lance 9.04 en live cd vérifie que cela fonctionne
3lance l'install si sa fonctionne
4 remet ta sources.list a la place de la nouvelle

sudo aptitude update &&sudo aptitude upgrade

gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

et tu vire la ligne avec le nouveau noyau
(post un message avec le menu.lst pour que l'on te donne la ligne a supprimé)
et a demain parce que la te partis pour un moment

voila pour les suivant j'ai trouvé ca

J'ai mis à jour Ubuntu 9.10 depuis le 9.04. Comme promis, le GRUB me laisse le choix entre deux noyaux : le nouveau (2.6.31-14) et l'ancien (2.6.28-11). Le nouveau est à chier pour les utilisateurs de Toshiba P300, par contre l'ancien fonctionne à merveille et tous les pilotes sont détectés !! big_smile

Il n'y a plus qu'à paramétrer le GRUB pour qu'il boot par défaut sur 2.6.28-11.
Pour ça, il faut éditer le fichier /boot/grub/menu.lst avec les droits d'admin et modifier la ligne "default 0" en changeant le chiffre (0 = premier OS, 1 = 2eme etc...).
J'espère avoir aidé wink

Ps: et aucun souci niveau graphique avec 9.04.

ou sinon j'ai vu que l'on pouvait que l'on puvait faire ceci mais ou le mettre quel ligne kernel aidez moi !!!!

Notre problème proviens d'un bug au niveau du noyau, en particulier entre l'ACPI (gestion de l'économie d'energie) et les cartes réseaux.

Pour que les cartes soit reconnue, il suffit de mettre dans le grub ( sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst )

et d'inserrer à la fin de la ligne kernel acpi=off comme ceci

Cela désactive ACPI et les cartes remarchent.

j'ai un dell inspiron 1525 muni d'une carte wifi 1395 de dell. Quand j'été sous ubuntu 9.04, je n'avais aucun problème avec la wifi, mais après le passage à 9.10 le wifi ne marche plus. Y à il quelqu'un qui puisse nous aider.

impossible j'arrive pas que ca soit en installant la version 9.10 et en effectuent toute les commandes énoncées au dessus rien ou en installant la version 9.04 qui au passage fonctionne très bien tout est reconnu ensuite je passe a la version 9.10 depuis la version 9.04 et plus de wifi et j'ai essayé toute les commandes aussi et rien alors comment on fait!!!!! ???????? merci aux personnes qui veuillent bien répondre

OK, je vois d'où vient le problème : le module devant s'occuper de ta carte wifi n'est pas chargé au démarrage ....

Alors, après un p'tit coup de google, j'ai trouvé, sur ce forum, une personne ayant eu le même problème que toi, et l'ayant résolu : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=354806 (vers la fin du topic .... )

Mais pourquoi les personnes venant de Windows ne savent toujours pas utiliser Google ? :lol:

Pour te simplifier la tâche :

Activation du contrôleur Wifi (Atheros AR5001)
Je cherche à revenir au pilote propriétaire qui existait dans Ubuntu 9-04.
Mais, <Système>, <Administration>, <Pilote de périphérique> (alias "Jockey") n'affiche pas ce pilote du Wifi.

Dans Ubuntu 9-10, il existe un système qui masque certains pilotes propriétaires. D'autre part, les contrôleurs Wifi de la marque Atheros semblent avoir un traitement particulier.
Dans le Terminal, je finis donc par éditer le fichier "blacklist-ath_pci.conf" :
sudo gedit /etc/modpobe.d/blacklist-ath_pci.conf
J'obtiens l'affichage :
# For some Atheros 5K RF MACs, the madwifi driver loads buts fails to

Tu te contentes de mettre un # devant la ligne blacklist ath5k puis tu enregistres le fichier, tu relances ensuite ton PC.

Bon, après, il faudra configurer ta connexion en indiquant le nom du réseau, le mode de sécurité, le mot de passe, etc ... Mais là, comme je ne suis pas chez Orange, mais chez Free, je ne pourrais pas t'aider davantage.

Euh, pour éviter les fautes de syntaxes, il est préférable d'utiliser le copier/coller .... dans la ligne de commande que tu m'as mis, il manquait un "r" à "modprobe" !!!!

Donc, il faut taper : sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-ath_pci.conf

En fait il manque un R dans la ligne de départ de l'autre forum, du coup quand je copiais/collais ça ne fonctionnais pas

Comme quoi, Google est très utile ....

Si un jour, tu as un problème sous linux avec un matériel particulier, tu tapes son nom dans la barre de recherche de google.

Dans ton cas, j'ai juste mis : Atheros Communications Inc. AR5001 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01), que j'avais obtenu dans le "lspci" que tu avais mis un peu plus haut. Si tu fais l'essai, tu verras que tu aurais trouver tout seul la solution !

Allez, amuse toi bien avec Ubuntu ....

merci merci ça y es je tourne sous ubuntu j'ai réussi après avoir tout testé la solution qui m'as permis a résoudre mon problème est celle de l' acpi=off a la fin de la ligne kernel
comme ceci:
tapez : sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
