avec tous les messages qui se croisent on ne sait plus où en est ;
sinon, il y a un site bien pratique pour se faire un sources.list :

il me propose celui-ci :

EDIT : j'ai un doute sur le sources.list que je t'ai donné. Les lignes pour le dépôt Partner devrait plutôt être

Bon ben j'ai recorrigé mon message 26 pour remettre "ubuntu". De toute façon, les deux syntaxes ont l'air de marcher.

Est-ce qu'il y a vraiment un dépôt source pour Partner ? Ce ne sont pas que des applis proprio dedans ?

Les lignes que je donne ont été ajoutées lors de l'installation de la mise-à-jour d'Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit vers Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit.

Donc, j'ose supposer que ça existe.

Merci beaucoup à tous,
Le plugin Sun Jave fonctionne, c'est le point important pour moi.
Le système de nettoyage (dash) refonctionne)
Le système de mise à jour synatic fonctionne (plus de problème de sources.list)

Je vais encore vérifier ce dépôt canonical, (la ligne 26) mais cela ne me perturbe pas plus que cela puisque cela fonctionne.

Pour finir avec un peu d'humour (ou un bug ?)

Voici la vérification que j'ai faite avec La version 6 de JRE et ubuntu répond que la 5 est bien installée, mais que la 6 est à jour ? (menfin j'ai rien compris, mais cela fonctionne)

Tu as peut-être les deux versions d'installées ?

On peut choisir la version à utiliser avec update-alternatives mais je n'ai plus la syntaxe exacte (ça doit être quelque chose comme sudo update-alternatives --config java).

Dans le même ordre d'idée, j'ai une question:
Quand j'allume le PC, j'ai d'abord le bios, puis vient un écran pour choisir sur quel Ubuntu on veut booter.
Dans cet écran, j'ai encore "Others operating Systems" avec la version Ubuntu 7.10 que j'avais installé il y a fort longtemps, la toute première fois à partir d'un CD de revue de presse. Puis j'ai régulièrement fait des upgrades. Hier dans sources.list on a fait disparaître les références à ces vieilles versions, mais j'ai toujours cela dans mes choix.
Je ne sais pas si la toute première version est encore sur mon disque dur ou si c'est que des lignes à nettoyer ....

C'est grub-legacy ;
fais une sauvegarde (des fois que nous raterions le coup !!)

cp /boot/grub/menu.lst /boot/grub/menu.lst.bak

envoie une copie de :

gksudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

et rappelle-moi bien ce que tu as encore comme systèmes fonctionnels sur l'ordi

j'ai oublié de noter dans la commade que tu devais être sudo

sudo cp /boot/grub/menu.lst /boot/grub/menu.lst.bak

fais et confirme ; j'attends ; je ne veux pas travailler sans filets!

je viens de lire ton menu.lst
tu veux donc supprimer tout ce qui concerne 7.04 parceque tu ne l'as plus sur l'ordi.
c'est ça ?

Sur cet ordi, il n'y a pas de Windows du tout, il n'y a que Ubuntu et donc 10.4 only.
Je viens de booter sur la version 7.10 j'ai eu un kernel panic ....

Pour le kernel panic, c'est normal si ton ubuntu 7.10 n'existe plus.
