PCI: Cannot allocate resource region X of bridge 0000:00:1c.0

Bonjour à vous !

Ca y est, j'ai voulu faire le grand pas !

Hier, je prends mon CD d'Ubuntu (la version Release Candidate 6.06), et je l'installe, utilisant la totalité du disque (plus de Windows).

Je fais de nombreuses expérimentations toute l'après midi, je commence à comprendre comment tout marche. Je suis déjà Linux Friend, et Windows me semble déjà loin !

Je décide, tant mes tests ont un peu abimé le logiciel (pleins de package installés, etc), bref, de réinstaller le système.

Je mets le CD, il se lance en live CD. Je mets à installer, et il se bloque dans les 23%. Je relance l'ordinateur, et impossible cette fois-ci de lancer le live-CD.

Il se bloque sur une étape (jamais la même) du lancement, affiche ensuite un écran noir avec le message suivant:

Je n'ai aucune idée de ce que cela peut signifier. J'ai depuis réinstallé windows, sans soucis, ce qui me laisse penser que le soucis n'est pas matériel.

Etre de retour sous windows m'attriste déjà, tant j'étais heureux de découvrir un nouveau système. J'espère que je pourrais bientôt refaire marcher mon ubuntu :)

J'ai exactement le même message sur mon portable ... Sauf que chez moi il y a 6 - 7 lignes comme ça et que les chiffres diffèrent un peu ...

J'ai aussi la même chose sur mon portable (Acer Aspire 1692) mais ça ne bloque rien du tout (même pas le temps de lire les chiffres !)

Moi j'ai un Acer Aspire 1652 et au chargement du CD pour l'installation ça me le fait, mais ça ne bloque pas ... Après l'installation, il charge GRUB et quand je sélectionne Ubuntu, là, il me met ces ces erreurs (Cannot allocate ressource region ....) et ça bloque ...

Bonjour, moi aussi détenteur d'un ACER Aspire 1692 WLMi j'ai le même message mais je n'ai aucun problème (je n'ai pas testé le wifi ni l'infrarouge)...

Peut-être une piste : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=42628 (je vais tester et je vous dirai).

chez moi l'option acpi=off marche... seulement jusqu'à un certain point. En effet ces message "Cannot allocate..." n'apparaissent plus mais lorsque j'arrive au moment de me logger j'entends deux "sonneries" (au lieu d'une...) je me logge et après il ne me reste qu'à contempler un fond marron, mon bureau n'apparaissant pas (le fait d'avoir l'indicateur de batterie affichée dans la barre des tâches?).
Les options noapic et nolapic (que j'avais utilisée lors de ma première install - Ubuntu 5.10, version sous laquelle je n'avais jamais constaté un tel message) ne changent rien au problème initial, les messages apparaissent toujours.

Voilà, si quelqu'un sait à quoi cela peut correspondre, ce serait un plaisir d'avoir quelques renseignements. Je mets à disposition mon /var/log/dmesg :

pouah moi j'ai un acer travelmate 8102 et ca met arrivé en mettant a jour de breezy a dapper, apparement il faut deja changer la partition dans le grub au niveau de "root (hd0,1)" par exemple, moi c'etait hd0,2 avant. Quel bordel j'suis completement degouté ^^ .

Moi j'ai eu ce problème après la mise à jour Breezy --> Dapper mais après un formatage complet et reinstall complet de Dapper j'ai toujours le même problème ; par contre je dois avouer que je me suis pas trop occupé de savoir quels étaient tous les périphériques utilisant le PCI ; je dois avouer que je ne pense pas avoir de problèmes avec ma carte graphique qui marche très bien, du moins je le pense.

ce sont des choses qui arrive ; mais ce n est pas supposer poser problemes! roll

ca signifie qu il n est pas capable de determiner la provenances ou la detection complete d une composante materiel.

S.V.P peut tu taper :  sudo lspci -vvxxx

et donne moi le resultat

et ensuite tape : sudo lspci -vvxxx -H1 -M  ( pour un test complet des bus pci)

et donne moi le resultat

ensuite je te dirai ou sont les problemes! big_smile

vu que j'avais l'ecran noir au premier demarrage, j'ai fait l'install avec un deuxieme
ecran. Bon et puis la ca a l'air d'aller mais j'ai toujours ce message au demarrage.
Je me demande si c'est pas le modem puisque la j'essaye de le configurer pour ma
connexion 56k et ca marche pas. Je vais essayer ce qu'a mis yousteptoo
voila ^^

Je viens d'installer ubuntu gutsy sur le portable de ma fille, en double boot avec un xp.

C'est un hp Pavilion avec carte graphique ati.



J'ai de gros ralentissements au démarrage, aucune image avant de voir enfin apparaà®tre la demande d'identifiant ... et les messages d'erreur :

pci cannot allocate ressource region 7...

Idem pour la 8 et la 9..

J'ai installé deux pilotes proprio  : celui de la carte ati, celui d'un modem (au cas o๠ça viendrait de là )

... Je ne comprends pas trop ce qui se passe. J'ai également du installer xgl car aiglx n'était pas opérationnel sur ce portable.

J'ai jamais eu ce type de problème avec d'autres ubuntu.

Quelqu'un sait d'o๠vient cela ? (vu le nombre de posts sur le sujet...).

J'ai exactement le même problème avec un Viao S1XP.

Il faut attendre 2 longues minutes avant de voir apparaà®tre l'interface de login!!!

Pourtant avec le LiveCD, aucun problème!

D'un point de vue fonctionnement, mon laptop acer est ok sur le wifi (avec la led), le lecteur de carte, les ports USB, et la 3D (meme si fglrx logue une erreur mutex).
Par contre, j'ai un pb lorsque je branche la webcam USB.
Elle est reconnu mais l'affichage ne marche pas (je précise ce point car ce moèle de webcam, ne pose à priori aucun pb).

Si qqun a une idee....

Pareil chez moi sur un ACER 3100, mêmes messages au démarrage mais rien qui cloche après...

Ca doit probablement venir d'une détection du matériel incorrecte (du style bridge PCI ou autre) au démarrage...

J'ai remarqué aussi qu'il y a beaucoup d'ACER concernés. Donc vraisemblablement un chipset commun (celui qui gère le bridge ou le bus PCI) qui a quelques pbs...
