[résolu, mais ...]Passage à Dapper : plus de serveur X

Après avoir fait la migration d'Ubuntu 5.10 à 6.06, j'ai un échec au démarrage du serveur X sad

Les erreurs que j'ai pu trouver dans le fichier Xorg.0.log sont :
(EE) Failed to initialize GLX extension (NVIDIA X driver not found)
(EE) No Input driver matching `kbd'
(EE) No Input driver matching `mouse'
(WW) No core pointer registered
No core keyboard

Fatal server error:
failed to initialize core devices

J'ai essayé la ligne :

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

mais rien n'y fait, le serveur refuse de démarrer...:mad:

Si quelqu'un peut m'expliquer comment reconfigurer tout ça !

PS : tout fonctionnait nickel sous Breezy !

As tu installé le paquet linux-restricted-modules correspondant au noyau installé.

Pour les drivers nVdia, si tu as installé les drivers propriétaires 8756 sous Breezy, ils n'ont pas supportés le passage sous le nouveau noyau. Tu devras les réinstaller à la mimine. Je viens de le faire, et je poste tout de suite un How To sur le forum.

Mais les messages sur
(EE) No Input driver matching `kbd'
(EE) No Input driver matching `mouse'
sont plus inquiétants...

Les paquets « xserver-xorg-input-kbd » et « xserver-xorg-input-mouse » sont bien installés ?

bon, au final, j'ai carrément reinstaller Dapper depuis le CD iso.... pas satisafit, mais au moins mon pingouin fonctionne !
