"sudo do-release-upgrade" renvoie un message d'erreur

Lorsque je lance la commande "sudo do-release-upgrade" j'ai le message suivant qui s'affiche

Informations sur les paquets non valables

Suite à la mise à jour des informations sur vos paquets, le paquet
essentiel « ubuntu-minimal » ne peut plus être trouvé.
Il s'agit d'une erreur grave. Veuillez signaler ce bogue concernant
