Comme tu as fais exprès de supprimer   /boot/efi/EFI/Ubuntu,   Peux-tu compléter par un autre essai s'il te plaît:
Faire exprès que le fichier /boot/grub/grub.cfg     soit vide.     Voir absent....

Boot-Repair-Disk, (BRD) peut très bien proposer de faire une réparation, et ne pas être capable de la faire.

Je pense qu'il faudrait, dans les mêmes conditions, aussi tester BRD en session live après maj des paquets du PPA. pour savoir comment çà réagit.
Je n'ai toujours pas de machine UEFI, je ne sais donc pas tester en UEFI.

J'ai découvert Ubuntu avec la 07.10.... Et alors?!...  Depuis je regarde de temps en temps si Windows marche toujours....

@Babdu89 : il est hors de question que je fasse des manips avec des "PPA à jour" comme tu le proposes dans le post #327. Ce serait faire croire au novice que Boot-Repair-Disk est intéressant et ça je ne veux pas parce que ça fait des années que je demande qu'on supprime Boot-Repair-Disk.

Je suis de ton avis.
Ce n'était qu'une suggestion pour utiliser BRD à jour, dans les conditions de tes tests. Et savoir si il y avait du changement.

@Bougron.
Il n'y a pas de doc spéciale BRD. Juste des liens de téléchargement des iso depuis le premier post de ce sujet, et des liens dans des docs concernant la réparation du démarrage des systèmes. Les dernières iso BRD datent du 30_11_2014
Donc les paquets du PPA de ces versions ne sont pas à jour.

Si c'est à YannUbuntu, si il est d'accord, de fermer le site de téléchargement des ces iso obsolètes. Et, à mon avis, qui font double emploi avec ce qui suit. (installer/utiliser Boot-Repair en session live d'une iso Ubuntu et variantes, prises en compte par le PPA.).
Dans les docs où il est fait référence, avec des liens vers BRD. Rien n'empêche ceux qui savent corriger les docs de supprimer ces liens. Et de proposer un lien vers la doc de Boot-Repair, pour installer/utiliser Boot-Repair en session live d'une iso Ubuntu et variantes, prises en compte par le PPA Boot-Repair. Au moins l'utilisation de cet outil se fera avec les paquets du PPA à jour.

Sur un coin de disque. J'ai toujours une installation Lubuntu 14.04 (BRD)  décrite dans ces pages. Avec remastersys depuis cette installation. Je peux donc encore refaire une iso avec la dernière version des paquets du PPA à jour, lorsqu'il y aura du changement.
Je ne peux toujours pas tester le fonctionnement en mode UEFI.

Mais, comme Remastersys n'est plus maintenu. Qu'il n'y a plus de version qui fonctionne installable, je ne peux pas faire une iso Lubuntu 16.04 et versions LTS suivantes, intégrant le PPA Boot-Repair.

Dans les docs où il est fait référence, avec des liens vers BRD. Rien n'empêche ceux qui savent corriger les docs de supprimer ces liens.

Oui, je viens de voir que tu as ajouté : "Attention ! La manipulation décrite au 1.1 n’est pas fiable, voir ici les messages #329-330. Il vaut mieux procéder par la manipulation décrite en 1.2 ou 1.3" dans l'intro du paragraphe 1. Installation

Je ne critique pas ce que tu as fait : je souhaitais seulement mettre en évidence la modif que tu avais faite parce qu'il arrive que certain se permette de restaurer brutalement une ancienne version de la doc.
