Edgy + radeon libre + sortie TV

Salut

Je viens de passé mon pc multimédia sur Edgy. Et ... l'écran de la TV affiche des "lignes" comme quand il est hors fréquence/hors résolution.

Si j'utilise je driver vesa (à la place des radeon) sans rien changer d'autre dans mon xorg.conf ça fonctionne, par contre les videos sacade sérieusement.

Sous breezy j'avais patché mes drivers avec "gatos" mais je ne sait pas si ca servait à quelque chose car finalement c'était un problème de câble vidéo.
Pensez vous que gatos puisse résoudre le problème ? Les drivers ubuntu ou xorg actuelle sont-il déjà patché ? une idée pour résoudre le problème ?

je suis intéressé aussi, j'ai la même ATI Radeon 7000 sous Edgy avec les drivers libre. Par contre j'ai rien patché du tout et çà ne marche pô. C'est quoi le driver Vesa ?

Je ne sais pas exactement. Il me semble que se sont des driver plus générique mais sans support de l'opengl.

Pour le activé il suffit d'éditer ton xorg.conf

sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Ensuite dans le section "Device" tu remplaces driver "ati" par driver "vesa"

Avant de bidouiller ce fichier fait en une sauvegarde (si tu foire le fichier : plus d'interface graphique)
