Problème avec le tx de rafraichissement.

J'ai switché ce aujourd'hui a ubuntu ( Edgy Eft), j'ai réussi a configurer les pilotes nvidia et tout ce que je voulais mais j'ai un gros problème avec le taux de rafraichissement de mon écran.
J'ai un écran crt IIyama 19 pouces qui supportent pas mal de résolutions et de taux de rafraichissement différents mais par défaut avec les préféreces de la résolution de l'écran je suis bloqué a 50H.
Ce qui fait bien mal aux yeux ><
Lorsque je rentre de le paneau de configurarion Nvidia je peux augmenter ce taux a 75, mais ce n'est toujours pas génial et chaque fois que je reboot mon ordinateur je reviens à la configuratuion initiale. J'ai pourtant essayer de modifier le fichier xorg.conf pour préciser "horizsync" et "vertrefresh" par rapport aux données que j'ai de mon écran mais ça n'a rien changé.

mais j'utilise les drivers béta de Nvidia
Avant tout, tu devrais peut être commencer par essayer de configurer manuellement xorg.conf, en utilisant "sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg" car en regardant attentivement ton fichier, il me semble que ton matériel est déclaré "bizarrement" .... (généric alors que ma CV est parfaitement identifiée, et mon écran aussi Samsung SyncMaster 950P+

j'ai le même probleme avec le driver propio 9626
L'outil de configurarion Nvidia permet d'y remedier, mais aparement il ne sauvegarde pas le xorg, il doi y avoir un probleme de permission.
J'ai donc fait un copieer/collé du show preview dans xorg.conf..... mais c'est pire 
après un reboot, mon clavier est passé en qwerty (galere pour le mot de passe^^) ensuite mon écran étai bien en 12080*1024 et 75Hz comme je le voulai mais..... le bureau sortai de l'écran (je pouvai me promener sur le bureau avec la sourit ) c'est marant mais un peu chian.....
J'ai tanté aussi de copier une parti du show preview....... mais le serveur x ne voulai plus se lancer.....

j'ai testé un modeline comme dans un tuto aussi.... rien a faire

edit: lorsque mon serveur x a planté, j'avai copier: section monitor, section device et section screen

Bon probleme résolu pour moi 
j'ai refait mon modeline (aparement j'avai pas mi 75.00 mais 75 ....... si susceptible le ti xorg....... )
@Ashernor: va voir la: http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/materiel/fix_p … resolution
et essay un modeline, sa marchera peut être pour toi aussi
(n'oubli pas de faire sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup avant, sa ma été utile )
