possibilité d'améliorer PC en ajoutant RAM et carte graphique ?

Bonjour à tous
Je désir savoir si je peut améliorer mon PC à moindre coût en augmentant  "  Ram + carte graphique" si cela vaut la peine
sachant que je regarde quel que films La TV et Internet
Je donne des infos sur ma machine en espérant que cela est lisible.
