Xorg 945G/GZ plantage (64bits)

Bonjour
j'ai deux problème avec une machine

j'ai installé Edgy sur un Pentium D 3.4Ghz (neuf).
Chipset: Intel 945G/Gz express
Distribution: Edgy pour amd64 (x86-64)
pilote video: i810

1) ça fait avec le pilote i810, intel et vesa, par moment la souris ne réagit pas au clique, le clavier lui fonctionne, cela fait pas intermittence plus ou moins éloigner dans le temps.

2)C'est le plus grave, comme travailler avec le pilote vesa c'est pas le top (fluidité) j'ai un grave problème avec le i810 et son alternatif intel, tous fonctionne très bien a part le petit problème n°1 mais quand je me déconnecte j'ai un kernel panic,
Si je tue x avec les magics keys j'ai aussi le kernel panic.
Voici le message du kernel panic:

Evidament /var/log n'est pas très bavard concernant mon problème.
On m'a conseillé d'utiliser un kernel vanilla mais avant de me lancer dans une telle aventure je voudrais votre avis.

Je me permet de répondre, même si je n'ai pas la solution mais exactement le même problème que toi mais avec une distribution différente (OpenSuse 10.2 en fait).

Ce que nous avons en commun par contre, c'est le fait d'être sur une distrib 64 bits et c bien la le problème. Après avoir écumé les forums, je peux te dire que le drivers i810, qui fonctionne parfaitement en environnement 32 bits, a le même comportement (freeze sur X dès qu'on essayer d'y mettre fin, quelque soit la méthode) sur les environnements 64

Salut Tugs,
j'ai trouvé sur un forum anglophone un gars qui avait le même problème avec une mandriva.
Le pilote i810 est défectueux en 64 bits.
Je sais pas si c'est seulement avec le 945.
J'ai abandonné les recherches et je suis passé en 32 bits pour l'instant (j'avais besoin de bosser avec  cette machine).
Je referais ultérieurement des essais en 64 bits (ou je rajouterai une carte nvidia)
