E: Impossible de trouver le paquet no-ip [12.04 precise pangolin]

Bonjour,

Sous ubuntu 12.04 precise pangolin, je ne parviens pas à installer le client no-ip :

$ sudo apt-get install no-ip
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
E: Impossible de trouver le paquet no-ip

Il semble que le problème puisse venir des dépots universe, ça ne semble pas être mon cas : voici la liste de mes dépots :

Merci bakbak. Par contre je suis bloqué par l'étape "configure", quelle que soit la méthode:

Ce qui n'empêche pas de construire :
