Je tente en vain d'installé la dernière version du logiciel de Messagerie Instantané Pidgin 2.10.6 :

En attendant j'ai installé la version 2.10.3 depuis synaptic.

Mais je préférerais avoir la dernière version Pidgin 2.10.6 :

Tu peut utiliser le ppa des développeurs de Pidgin pour avoir la 2.10.6 en lisant la doc

Bonjour,

Merci de l'info, je préfère installé depuis la source ou à partir d'un paquetage Deb.

Egalement apt://pidgin  ne se lance pas à partir de Mozilla Firefox 13.0.1 & Google 20 & Opera 12.

Pourquoi n'y a t-il de paquet pidgin 2.10.6 sous Ubuntu ?

J'ai regardé pour Linux Debian, le problème est lié a un problème de dépendance :

Il faut installer les paquetages suivant
finch, finch-dev, libpurple-bin, libpurple-dev, libpurple0,

--> Les libpurple-bin de Ubuntu sont 2.10.3 : les mettre à jour
