postfix rewrite field if the mail subject is null

I everyone,
I would like to rewrite the field subject if is is null with postix
example:
from:toto@yahoo.fr
subject:
to:titi@mydomain.com

and i would this
from:toto@yahoo.fr
subject:mail without subject
to:titi@mydomain.com
have you an idea.
I tried with .procmailrc but i think my syntax is not correct.

Someting like this with header_checks

/^Subject:( )*$/   REPLACE Subject: mail without subject

(not tested)
