A première vue, on dirait un bug. Tu peux commencer par remplacer la souris par une vielle souris à boule et ton clavier par un vieux clavier avec leurs connecteurs à l'ancienne (pas de connexion par USB) et voir si ça résout le problème pour Ubuntu 12.04. Mais si ça te fatigue et que tu ne veux pas passer du temps pour déboguer Ubuntu 12.04, tu installes une autre distribution qui n'a pas ce problème, ou bien tu gardes Ubuntu 10.04 (c'est la meilleure version à mon goût. C'est costaud comme du XP. Elle sera maintenue - c'est à dire mise à jour - jusqu'en Avril 2013).

Michel.04 : Oui je sais que c'est un version optimisée, mais par contre je ne sais pas si c'est une version en 32bits ou en 64bits. Et si c'est en 64bits, je serais tenté de la garder.
Y à t-il un moyen pour vérifier si c'est en 32 ou 64 bits?

Malbo: Oui comme tu le dit,on dirais un bug de la 12.04. Je n'ai pas d'autre souris ou clavier, donc pas moyen de tester avec d'autres matériels. Par contre ma souris et mon clavier ne sont pas connectés en USB mais avec leurs connecteurs à l'ancienne (je ne connais pas le nom de ces connecteurs).

Il me reste plus qu'à regarder où trouver une 10.04 L.T.S ubuntu ou sur d'autre distri (mais là je connais pas et je ne sais pas laquelle prendre).

J'ai finalement décidé de rester sur cette version d'ubuntu 10.04 LTS qui est en 32bit et je me pose la question suivante:
Ma carte mère est en bios EFI, est-ce que je peut installer cette version d'ubuntu en mode EFI? Car j'ai cru comprendre que pour installer ubuntu en mode EFI il fallait la version 12.04.1 officiel ! Est-ce vrai?
Si oui est-ce que je peut quand même installer cette version mais en bios classique (à l’ancienne quoi ) ?

C'est vrai, ou alors la version Ubuntu-Secure-Remix 64bits

À priori, oui en installant  sur ton HDD USB, tu ne touches rien sur ton PC.
Mais, est ce qu'en laissant EFI dans ton BIOS, (amha, obligé pour ton Windows installé en EFI), tonOS sur USB pourra-t-il démarrer ? Jamais essayé.
Attends un peu que ceux qui ont déjà testé te répondent.

Le souci c'est qu'avec Ubuntu-Secure-Remix 64bits j'ai pas de clavier ni de souris (comme dit dans mes précédent messages).
Sinon je n'est pas de windows car c'est un pc neuf (reçu en pièces et monté moi-même) d'où ma question de savoir si je peut installer ubuntu comme on le faisait avant avec l'ancien bios (même si ma carte mère est avec le mode EFI) ?

Dans le BIOS tu devrais sans doute avoir le choix de démarrer en mode EFI ou mode normal, non ?

Euh, je crois qu'il y a confusion, là : on peut démarrer en mode EFI et faire une installe classique d'ubuntu (en tout cas, c'est ce que j'ai fait avec une cubuntu 12.04). Il n'est obligatoire d'installer en mode EFI que si un autre OS en mode EFI est déjà présent sur l'ordinateur http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/efi

Si par "installe classique d'ubuntu", tu entends installation en mode Bios, non ce n'est pas possible. Si tu veux faire une installation en mode Bios de Ubuntu, tu dois démarrer en mode Bios sur le support d'installation. De même que si tu veux faire une installation en mode EFI de Ubuntu, tu dois démarrer en mode EFI sur ton support d'installation. Je parle de façons correctes de faire les choses logiquement et "bien du premier coup". Parce que pour réparer une installation faite n'importe comment, il est vrai qu'il y a moyen d'utiliser Boot-Repair pour réparer mais ce n'est pas normal.

Merci à tous pour votre aide mais là .... je suis complètement perdu !

Qu'est-ce que je doit faire? Sachant:
- que mon PC est neuf ET SANS WINDOWS,
- qu'avec ubuntu 12.04 64bits, ubuntu secure (pas essayé avec ubuntu 32bits, je test ce soir) mon clavier et ma souri sont figés
- que ma carte mére est en mode EFI (je regarde ce soir si possible de passer un mode ancien bios)
- qu'avec ubuntu 10.04LTS 32 bits mon clavier et ma sourit fonctionne mais installation en mode EFI impossible (apparemment)

Help me !!

@ malbo j'en déduis donc que lors de l'installation, j'étais en mode bios (j'ai suivi le tuto cité dans mon post précédent, tout s'est bien passé : redémarrage sans problème etc …). Se pose une question : y a-t-il un intérêt à être en mode EFI ? Mais je devrais peut-être ouvrir une autre discussion …

moi aussi cette question m’intéresse ! Hormis le fait qu'il y a plus d'information (et de possibilité ?) et que c'est utilisable à la souri, le reste je voie pas.

Sinon je n'ai pas réussi à voir si je peut démarrer en bios classique avec ma carte mère

Ta liveUSB apparait comme partitionnée (une partition FAT32 qui occupe la totalité de l'espace disponible de ta clé USB ), par contre tes deux disques durs apparaissent comme non partitionnés (la totalité de leur espace est non allouée à la moindre partition).
Tu as expliqué dans le post #1 que tu avais un SSD or on ne voit pas de SSD là-dedans : on voit un disque dur Hitachi HDT72505 de 500 Go et un disque dur Seagate ST3160812AS.
Il est où le SSD ?

C'est louche ça ! Ok pour mes deux DD car je l'ai avait formater pour qu'il soit propre (façon de parler) avant de m'en servir. Pour la live USB ok aussi (fait avec linux live ESB) par contre ce qui m'étonne c'est que lorsque que j’accède au menu bios pour sélectionner ma clé usb pour booter dessus, j'ai également mon disque SSD 830 séries (SSD samsung 64GO) et il n’apparaît pas dans le boot-info?!

Merci pour l'info sur "non-EFI" mais ça figure déjà dans le Boot-Info.
Peux-tu passer cette commande dans un terminal :

dmesg > dmesg.txt

elle va créer une copie de ton fichier /var/log/dmesg dans un fichier texte nommé dmesg.txt qui sera créé dans ton dossier personnel. Tu copieras le contenu de ce fichier et tu le colleras dans ta réponse en utilisant les balises code : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/howto … ne_reponse
Le type de balises dont je veux parler correspond à ce descriptif dans le lien :

 Le texte inséré entre les balises code sera affiché avec une police type "console". De plus, si la longueur du texte dépasse un certain nombre de lignes, il sera mis dans un cadre avec une barre de défilement sur le côté.

C'est la balise à utiliser pour donner de longs messages d'erreurs, des contenus de fichiers de configuration, des commandes à taper, etc … Elle permet des messages plus "compacts", et est moins ambiguë que d'autres polices sur certains caractères.

desoler pour la ponctuation mais mon clavier est en qwerty en tout est en anglais et j arrive pas a changer ca
