Son 5.1 avec Sound Blaster Live !

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec une carte son : Sound Blaster Live 5.1 (au cours de cette réponse, vous verrez apparaître un autre système son, il s'agit de ma carte TV (qui ne marche pas encore d'ailleurs ))

J'ai suivi ce topic : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=16182 et aussi le wiki son avec attention et je vous fais part de mes résultats (désolé pour la longueur) :

Au tout début, j'avais du son en 2.1 alors que j'avais des enceintes 5.1, j'ai toujours le même son malgré mes changement !

J'ai d'abord remplacé dans le sélecteur multimédia, la sortie audio par : alsasink device=duplicate, après avoir changer le fichier /etc/asound.conf comme ceci :

Ensuite quand je fais "test" dans le sélecteur multimédia, j'ai des bips bips (mais le son grésille un peu, cependant toutes les enceintes le produisent)
Bon, c'est déjà ça mais ça ne me donne pas de 5.1 quand je lance un MP3, ni même un Divx ou un DVD !

J'ai alors essayé les commandes :

Pour commencer : "speaker-test -D duplicate -c 6 -t 2" et "speaker-test -D surround51 -c 6 -t 2", pour ça, j'ai du son qui apparaît sur toutes les enceintes un par un sans problème (certaines avec un son plus faible que d'autres), mais l'essentiel est d'avoir quelques chose !

La commande : "lsmod | grep snd" me renvoie :

Bon voilà, j'ai mis ce qui me paraît le plus important !

Maintenant, je vous donne une capture d'écran de " Contrôle de volume"

J'ai fait apparaître tous les réglages possibles, mais seul la commande : Analog Front change quelque chose (c'est la seule qui marche )

Pareil avec "Alsamixergui" :

Sinon j'ai un problème avec Mplayer, qui me met une erreur quand j'ai la sortie audio Alsa : "Alsa-control : unable to find : control PCM", j'ai essayé de configurer Alsa dans les préférences de Mplayer mais ça change rien, et c'est normal puisque dans le contrôleur de volume j'ai pas de contrôle PCM et donc il ne le trouve pas, et je ne sais pas comment faut faire pour qu'il agisse sur un truc qui existe comme Analog Front !

Normalement dans Rhythmbox, tu devrais avoir du 5.1 si tu as bien mis « alsasink device=duplicate » dans le sélecteur de système multimédia.

Pour Mplayer : mplayer -ao alsa:device=duplicate video.avi (ça se configure définitivement dans le fichier « /etc/mplayer.conf »)

Et pour PCM, regarde dans « alsamixer » en console pour voir s'il y est.

tu as raison, dans rhythmbox j'ai du 5.1 mais tout saccadé !

par contre pour mplayer, j'ai rien dans le fichier /etc/mplayer.conf
Edit : je suppose que tu parle de ça : /etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf
J'ai changé, mais j'ai toujours l'erreur et un son 2.1

PCM n'est pas dans Alsamixer

Je pense que le son saccadé avec la sortie « duplicate » est un bug d'ALSA.
Je l'ai déjà vu plusieurs fois sur ce forum.

Il faudrait faire un rapport de bug chez ALSA.

par curiosité, c'est quoi ta carte-mère?  Est-ce qu'elle a une carte son intégré à part ta sound blaster?

oui j'ai une carte intégré (j'ai une A7N8X E-deluxe), je l'ai désactivée dans le bios pour qu'il accepte de prendre ma SB !

Bon, je suis loin d'être un pro de la programmation mais d'après-moi, selon ton code, je crois qu'il y a conflit entre tes 2 cartes son même si tu as désactivé dans ton bios.  Je regarderais un peu de ce côté car je crois que la ca0106 est ta carte son de ta carte mère. 

Pour ma part, je désinstallerais physiquement la sound blaster et je ferais quelques tests ou même une réinstallation sans la sound blaster pour vérifier le son de ta carte mère qui est une 7.1 je crois, ça donnerait quelques indications si tu ne réussis pas à trouver un crack sur le site.

Parfois, avec Linux, il faut faire simple pour que ça fonctionne bien.

si tu es au courant pour le driver de la sound blaster, tu peux peut-être nous aider dans le restant du code.  Je croyais que le ca0106 était pour la carte-son de la carte-mère car il indique qu'il fonctionne avec le ac97 codec et que c'est généralement le cas des carte-son de la carte-mère.

Si tu peux nous décortiquer tout ça, ça nous aiderais.

Si je cromprend bien, Rapass, le mpu-401 est pour le midi, le bt878 est pour la capture vidéo et le ca0160 est la sound blaster, ce qui fait qu'il n'y a pas d'interférence, alors le problème est ailleur.
Ce que j'aimerais savoir aussi, pour mon information car je veux en apprendre un peu plus sur Linux, c'est si on désactive dans le bios la carte-son de la carte-mère, est-ce que Linux la détecte ou si elle n'en tient pas compte??? 
Aussi, quel est le lien avec le codec ac97 et la sound blaster, je croyais que le ac97 n'était que pour les carte-mère avec carte-son intégré seulement???  Je ne connais pas réellement le rôle du ac97 à part de savoir que ac est pour audio controller, et pour 97??? Aucune idée .

Merci Desintegr, je trouve le lien intéressant, j'ai moi-même un sound blaster que je n'ai pas encore installé sur Linux dû à mon manque de connaissance.  J'aime bien ton site, je veux en apprendre un peu plus sur Linux et sur la programmation.
