Ouverture de session défaillante

Bonsoir,
Depuis que j'ai essayé de régler un problème d'ouverture automatique de session, je me retrouve avec un nouveau problème:

J'ai l'impression que Unity de démarre pas automatiquement. Au démarrage l'ordinateur reste bloqué sur un écran noir (un curseur apparait en haut à gauche), il suffit que j'appuie sur une touche pour la fenêtre me demandant quelle session ouvrir se lance.

voici ce que contient mon light-dm.conf:

il faut rajouter le nom du <user> pour qu'il sache quoi faire

tapes "dmesg" dans un terminal juste après avoir démarré et copie le résultat.

mais plymouth, c'est le truc qui est censé afficher 'Ubuntu' avec les petits points en dessous le temps que tout ce charge avant le login.

Il y a quelque rapport de bug sur launchpad à ce sujet : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/preci … ce/upstart

En très très gros, ça raconte que "init" (ce qui démarre tout) n'attends pas assez le lancement de plymouth et le ferme avant qu'il ait fait le boulot.
J'ai beau eu suivre les discussions de bug en bug, il n'y a pas de remède expliqué clairement.
Ce dont ils parlent le plus, c'est de la génération de "initrd" qui serait (au conditionnel) mal faite ou loupé et qui créerait ce problème.

Tu peux tenter de le regénérer avec cette commande

sudo update-initramfs -u

Peut-être que ce message qu'a noté Maisondouf dans le post #6 est sans rapport avec le problème mais je note (après avoir fureté avec Google) que ce message est souvent lié avec vboxdrv (un machin de VirtualBox). On le voit dans le post #5 de Toug31 dans cet extrait :

Bonjour je suis de retour et je n'ai pas résolu mon problème.
J'ai regénéré le initrd avec la commande de Maisondouf et j'ai toujours le même comportement à ceci près:
