[RESOLU] Wifi non détecté, Realtek 8723

Bonjour à tous.

Comme indiqué dans le titre, une installation fraîche d'ubuntu 12.04 amène des petits problème de wifi.
La carte réseau serait une realtek 8723...

salut
tu es obligé de passé par ndiswrapper + le driver windows xp

recuperes le driver xp avec les 2 fichiers .inf et .sys et tu les met dans le dossier Documents de ubuntu

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9
cd Documents
sudo ndiswrapper -i lenomdudriver.inf 

 
met le nom du fichier .inf que tu as recuperé du cd

ndiswrapper -l
sudo ndiswrapper -m
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

si le wifi fonctionne

sudo gedit /etc/modules

ajoutes
ndiswrapper

enregistre le fichier et quittes gedit
redemarres le pc

Bien, j'ai donc fait

sudo apt-get install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9
cd Documents/
sudo ndiswrapper -i net8192ce.inf
ndiswrapper -l

==> net8192ce : driver installed

sudo ndiswrapper -m
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

et là ça retourne :
FATAL: Module ndiswrapper not found.

Alors que juste avant avec le ndiswrapper -m le message était ok...
Bien sur le wifi ne marche pas tongue

EDIT : j'ai bien essayé d'installer les drivers linux ce qui marche très bien mais pas de wifi non plus...
Serait-ce un mauvais driver? Je ne pense pas...

En fait si, ça semble venir du côté des drivers...
Normalement, il est marqué que le driver pour 8192 supporte la carte 8723 mais il semblerait que non

J'ai installé ndisgtk et testé plusieurs drivers.
Il me met toujours "matériel présent : non" en regard des drivers installés...

Enfin, sinon, en passant sur askubuntu, un monsieur à la même chose que moi...
Une idée de la version du driver que je dois installer?

Ok, j'ai testé, ça fonctionne mais pas de wifi en vue...

Concernant le :

FATAL: Module ndiswrapper not found,

j'ai trouvé d'où ça venait. Il semblerait que le paquet ndisrapper-utils-1.9 ne contienne pas tout.

Suis donc allé sur sourceforge récupérer la dernière version et ai recompilé les sources.


sudo su
cd /usr/src/
tar -xvf ndiswrapper-1.58rc1.tar.gz
cd ndiswrapper-1.58rc1
make
make install

mais ni modprobe ndiswrapper, ni modprobe rtl8192ce ne donne de résultat concluant

Petite avancé, j'ai finalement trouvé un driver qui reconnait le matériel.
Cependant, le wifi n'apparait toujours pas...

Bien, j'ai donc contacté le service technique de Realtek ce matin même.
Ils m'ont répondu dans l'heure en me fournissant les pilotes pour la 8723.

Je n'ai pas le temps de la tester mais si jamais quelqu'un en a besoin, qu'il me contact en me passant son adresse mail, je lui enverrai les drivers.

EDIT : Finalement c'est testé et ça marche à merveille! Donc Résolu ! Merci quand même pour ton aide Chibata

Même problème d'accès au wifi avec ce matériel sur le portable d'un membre de ma famille.

J'ai finalement trouvé une solution plus satisfaisante que de devoir contacter un autre membre par e-mail pour obtenir le driver sous le manteau... tongue

C'est sur le site anglophone Ask Ubuntu que ça se passe :

Traduction et adaptation de la procédure à suivre :

- Télécharger le pilote via ce lien Dropbox en le plaçant par exemple sur le bureau :
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/57056576/DRIVER … 012.tar.gz

- Extraire ce fichier tar.gz via clic droit et « Extraire ici ».

- Ouvrir un terminal et installer d'abord les paquets nécessaires à la compilation, via cette ligne de commande :

sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-generic linux-headers-`uname -r`

- Toujours avec le terminal, se placer dans le dossier ou a été extrait le pilote. Par exemple, si on l'a extrait sur le bureau on tapera :

cd ~/Bureau/rtl_92ce_92se_92de_8723ae_linux_mac80211_0006.0514.2012/

- Installer le pilote en entrant successivement les commandes suivantes :

make

sudo make install

- Finalement, tester le pilote en chargeant son module via cette commande :

sudo modprobe rtl8723e

Normalement le wifi fonctionne et il n'y a rien de plus à faire. Le module se rechargera tout seul à chaque démarrage.

Testé avec succès sous Ubuntu 12.04 en version 64 bits.


Il y a quelque chose d'ubuntu dans Trisquel.

Salut j'ai publié une nouvelle version du driver , cette fois ci sous forme de DKMS deb qui marche ( enfin ! )

version 000708092012 a voir sur http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/wifi_realtek_rtl8192ce

Petit update pour la 12.10 !

Bien par défaut ubuntu ne comporte plus le package contenant les headers du noyau. Il faut donc l'installer préalablement.
Ici par exemple : http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/package/co … 17-generic
(Prendre le package correspondant à votre version de noyau, la release de Quantal contient le noyau 3.5.0.17).

Ensuite, avant de compiler le pilote, il est nécessaire de mettre en commentaire la ligne 320 (Quelque chose du genre IEEE_BEACON_HW_...) du fichier base.c. Ensuite :

sudo make
sudo make install

Pour ne pas devoir tout recommencer à chaque mise à jour, personnellement, j'ai installé linux-headers-generic.

Oui il y a deux problème :

apparement je n'ai pas préciser sources uniquement lors de la generation du deb , d'ou la première erreur , le deb contient des binaires pour le kernel 3.2

Pour la deuxième je ne sais pas comment résoudre le problème, il faut passer --force pour qu'il écrase le fichier, car sur 12.04 ne fichier n'était je crois pas présent donc tu peux forcer l'installation sans risque

Petite information complémentaire!
Avec une autre mise à jour du noyau, il m'a fallu recompiler encore une fois les drivers (Désolé freechelmi, mais ton dkms ne m'a pas convaincu). Bref, tout se passe bien, je redémarre mais... la carte ne fonctionne pas. Bref, la solution trouvée ici a marché : un petit hard-boot (en tenant le bouton power enfoncé pour forcer l'extinction).

Complètement aberrant non?

je le diffuse mais il as été fait par une autre équipe, bien sur il peut être amelioré, il ne manque pas grand chose pour qu'il marche sur 12.10

Sans DKMS c'est normal de devoir recompiler a chaque fois le driver, c'est tout le but de DKMS

Je débute, je viens d'acquérir un portable clevo W270 EUQ théoriquement bien compatible avec ubuntu, la carte wi-fi est une Realtek 8723.
A vous lire je suis un peu perdu.
J'ai essayé avec dkms, mais erreur 2 s'est affiché.
Que faut-il essayer maintenant ?

Version 12.10 en 64 bits.
Désolé mais je ne retrouve pas l'erreur 2 affichée dans le terminal.

J'ai ensuite essayé le lien http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/wifi_realtek_rtl8192ce puis, j'ai été dirigé vers la logithèque : R8192CE ensuite installation et affichage" paquet de mauvaise qualité celui-ci peut endommager votre machine".

bonjour,
je debute avec ubuntu, je viens d acheter un portable équiper de la carte wifi  realtek rtl8723ae,
apres installation d'ubuntu 12.10, j ai remarquer que la carte wifi ne s'allume pas, j ai donc chercher une solution, j ai suivi plusieur reponse sur
le sujet sur ce site mais rien n' y fait quelqu'un pourrait me filer un coup de main ?

La version de ndiswrapper fournie avec quantal fonctionne mal : impossible de créer le module.
2 solutions :
- charger chez SourceForge la version 1.58-RC1 (ndiswrapper-1.58rc1.tar.gz), la décompresser et compiler (make, puis sudo make install)
- télécharger les paquets pour raring (ndiswrapper-common_1.58~rc1-0ubuntu1_all.deb, ndiswrapper-dkms_1.58~rc1-0ubuntu1_all.deb, ndiswrapper-source_1.58~rc1-0ubuntu1_all.deb, ndiswrapper-utils-1.9_1.58~rc1-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb), les placer dans un répertoire approprié (par exemple ~/Documents/ndiswrapper_1.58) et les installer avec "sudo dpkg -i ndiswrapper*1.58*".
La deuxième solution présente l'avantage de ne pas devoir recommencer le "sudo make install" à chaque changement de noyau.

NB : les paquets cités ci-dessus correspondent à la version 64bits, en ce qui concerne la version 32bits, il faudra adapter en conséquence. (notamment ndiswrapper-utils-1.9_1.58~rc1-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb, les autres paquets sont "universels")
