Pas de wifi avec carte Atheros AR242x / AR542x

Bonjour, comme signalé en titre, j'ai une carte Atheros AR242x / AR542x qui ne reconnaît aucune connexion wifi. J'ai déjà prospecté dans le forum, essayé cette solution, mais ça ne fonctionne pas...

bonjour, tu peux essayer un 

sudo ifconfig wlan0 up

mais je ne suis pas sur que celà corrige la source du problème. il te faudra redémarrer pour vérifier wink

on dirait que c'est physique, apres qlq recherches il parait qu'il y a un bouton d'activation du wifi. la solution est peut etre tout betement là wink

tu peux aussi réutiliser la commande que je t'ai donné. elle réactive le wifi. puis tu réessayes de te connecter.

oui il y a un bouton d'activation : Fn+F8, qui au meilleur des cas désactive le réseau sans fil (pas toujours), et refuse de le réactiver.
Autre chose, si je désactive le réseau, puis le réactive, alors j'obtiens un : "réseau sans fil désactivé par un commutateur matériel", et je ne peux plus activer le réseau sans fil.
De plus, il apparaît que si je branche un câble réseau, alors le wifi fonctionne...

Je viens de changer de driver : madwifi, en suivant la procédure suivante
toujours pas de résultats...
