Compiz fusion & conky toujours au premier plan !

Bonjour à  tous je bute sur ce problème depuis quelques temps et j'avoue sécher, voici mon problème :

je suis sous gusty ( à  jour ) j'utilise conky et le cube avec les wallpapers différents sur chaque face ( j'ai bidouillé la gestion du bureau avec gconf )
j'utilise un script pour lancer fusion-icon puis conky puis cairo dock ( le script marche pas mais c'est pas le problème )

le problème c'est conky qui se place toujours au dessus des autres fenêtres ! Et lorsque par miracle il ne se comporte normalement ( derrière tout le monde ) , au bout d'un petit nombre de minutes il se met au premier plan !

La question est simple : comment le forcer en arrière plan ?

ça marche pas il se met dans le bakcground de gnome ( désactivé ) et pas dans celui de compiz ( et il se place toujours au dessus de mes aplications... )
