Lubuntu PortableNEC (carte AMD) n'affiche rien sur TV Panasonic

Bonjour à tous,

Je débute sous linux et j'ai choisi Lubuntu vu que je travaille sur de vieux pc (souvent 512Mo de RAM maxi).

Sur un vieux pc portable NEC Versa C150 (700mhz, 512Mo) à dédier à une projection d'un diaporama sur une TV (connexion VGA), je n'arrive pas à afficher une image sur 2 télés testés (2 panasonic) lorsque je lance Lubuntu 13.04.

Lxrandr détecte bien qu'un moniteur a été branché (lorsque j'ouvre les Paramètres de l'écran, la fenêtre propose "Options rapides" avec comme choix Afficher la même chose sur l'écran du portable et sur l'écran externe) mais rien ne s'affiche sur la TV (j'ai testé plusieurs résolutions). Si je teste un livecd (clonezilla ... histoire de sauvegarder avant de tout casser..) , l'image apparaît sans que je n'ai rien à faire (rageant smile ). Ce pc était avant sous XP et le diaporama est bien affiché sur la TV.

Retour sous Lubuntu, la combinaison de touche Fn+F3 ne modifie rien sur la TV.

J'ai cherché sur le net mais j'ai l'impression que le fonctionnement de l'affichage a changé récemment.
Ainsi, /etc/X11/xorg.conf est vide

Tu peux tenter un bureau étendu avec ta TV à droite :

xrandr --output VGA-0 --right-of LVDS

Ou alors le mode clone via xrandr :

xrandr --output VGA-0 --same-as LVDS

J'ai tenté cette commande en premier parce qu'effectivement, c'est ce que je souhaiterais... mais rien ne se passe sur la TV.

L'écran de mon portable a scientillé un peu, rien sur la TV .. et j'ai bien la possibilité "de perdre ma souris" à droite smile. La TV n'a même pas bougé .. alors que je vois le logo NEC du BIOS lors du boot ... je ne pige pas.

En prenant conseil via IRC, j'ai un peu plus de détails: je n'ai pas de pilotes additionnels installés et voici le retour de lspci -nn | grep VGA

Apparemment , c'est vraiment vieux ... et je ne vois pas trop comment utiliser efficacement ces nouvelles infos.

Je vais m'orienter vers un autre gestionnaire de bureau (xubuntu, car il me faut du ultra léger) pour tenter... si ça passe avec un livecd clonezilla, je dois bien réussir avec un OS installé en dur!
Bon, patience car je suis en moyen débit dans ma campagne (readsl..).

Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un problème avec LXDE...

Essaye de lancer ta session avec Openbox seul pour voir.

Si ça marche avec le live CD, ça devrait marcher une fois installé, puisque c'est le même pilote qui est utilisé dans les 2 cas.

Tu "pers la souris à droite",  tu ne la vois pas ?

Je n'ai gardé qu'un seul bureau mais avec la commande pour avoir le bureau étendu, effectivement, la souris peut aller dans la zone normalement visible via la TV ... mais qui reste noir.

Bon, j'ai tenté via openbox et xfce mais c'est toujours Lxrandr qui apparaît et je n'arrive pas à cloner l'écran du portable sur la TV.

J'ai repartitionné, libéré 3Go et mis Slitaz .... et là, ça passe .
Je n'ai plus qu'à maintriser un minimum afin d'avoir un pc dédié à un diaporama (tazpkg get-install get-libreoffice est lancé... ça va téléchargé toute la nuit et on verra demain matin si le résultat est satisfaisant wink )
