Comment savoir la version de KDE/Gnome/LXDE installé depuis le shell
Bonsoir,
Je voudrai savoir si il est possible depuis le terminal de connaître la version installé sur un poste de KDE / Gnome / LXDE ?

Commande 'kde' non trouvée, vouliez-vous dire :

Sur un PC Ubuntu, à la limite le plus simple (et universel entre tous les environnements) c'est de regarder la version du paquet :
dpkg -l | grep kde

Je doit faire pareil pour Gnome et LXDE de Luntunbu.

Comme tu le remarques, la plupart sont en 4.8.5.
Tu peux en choisir un qui semble "essentiel", je pense notamment à kde-runtime
dpkg -l kde-runtime
Ensuite il ne te reste plus qu'à user de sed, grep et autres pour extraire le numéro de version.
Mais tu parles d'un script. Ça tu ne l'avais pas dit avant. Vu comme tu l'as tourné, moi j'ai cru que tu voulais juste faire ça en one-shot.
Dans ce cas, il vaut mieux essayer une commande comme tu as tenté au début.
Comme tu l'as remarqué en réponse à ta commande "kde -V", il a proposé d'utiliser "kde4".
Tu peux toujours essayer quelque chose de ce style :
kde4 --version
Pour LXDE je ne sais pas comment faire, il faut trouver une commande équivalente.
Pour GNOME, tu peux utiliser l'exécutable gnome-session :
