[RESOLU] j'ai essayé 3 fois d'installer sans succès Ubuntu
Bonjour,
Si je viens ici c'est que j'en ai vraiment ma claque de faire-faire et refaire cette installation.
Evidemment je suis Windows 8 comme sa on simplifie encore le problème ah et aussi que la machine que j'ai achetée date d'il y à deux jours donc le coup du CC cleaner qui résous tout les problèmes
J'aimerais donc installer la version 12.04 d'ubuntu que j'ai téléchargé. Ensuite comme je désire un dual-boot car j'ai peur de faire n'importe quoi et de me retrouver au final avec un black screen j'ai donc utilisé le logiciel Linux live USB Creator et j'ai installé en mode persistant l'iso.
Je reboot mon pc, je clic sur installation d'ubuntu puis quand il me propose les 3 choix : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/_media/install … png?cache=
Je prends celui du haut comme sa j'ai un dual boot et vers la fin de l’installation j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit que l'execution de grub-install a échoué. J'ai réessayé et sa n'a pas fonctionné.
Et comme je suis super malin j'ai lancé check(je ne sait plus quoi) sur le menu où il nous propose d'essayer ubuntu ou de l'installer et j'ai vu dans son check qu'il manquait un fichier du côté d'un dossier grub2 je penses mais bon étant donné qu'il faut des réflexes de ninja pour capturer de manière visuelle les erreur indiquées je ne puis vous en dire plus. Omis peut être le fait qu'a la fin il m'a indiqué que j'avais 2 erreurs.

Pour ce qui concerne comment je prépare l’installation car c'est peut être de ma faute, j'ai juste retiré 400 GO de mon C: (c'est totalement débile de débiter autant pour linux je sait) et j'ai créer une nouvelle partition que je nomme ubuntu pour faire simple.

Enfin voici ma petite question : j'ai eu ce message d'erreur, mais est-ce que ubuntu c'est bien installé dans la partition que j'ai nommé Ubuntu ? car j'avais remarqué que le choix de cohabitation n'était pas proposé si je ne créais pas une nouvelle partition. Mais aussi, par ce message d'erreur, dois-je alors formater de nouveau ma partition nommée ubuntu ?

Les emmerdes pleuvent rapidement quand on est novice et pas trop chanceux. Je te recommande très chaudement de faire deux actions :
1) faire une image disque de ton disque dur complet avec Clonezilla comme expliqué là : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=433035
2) créer un support de récupération de Windows 8 : http://www.vista-xp.fr/forum/topic12430.html
Quand ces précautions seront prises, je te prie de répondre à cette demande : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/boot-info
Cela me permettra de vérifier certains points cruciaux pour faire l'installation en dual-boot.
Edit : donne aussi le nom complet de ton modèle d'ordi et son fabricant

Rappel :
Avant toute tentative d'installation il faut vérifier que :
- Ubuntu puisse tourner sur le PC - et donc vérifier en mode LiveCD/LiveUSB
- faire l'inventaire des partitions (depuis une session "Live" d'ubuntu) pour savoir si la création de partitions pour Ubuntu sera possible par la commande
sudo fdisk -lu
(effectue l'inventaire des partitions - commande à taper dans un terminal - crtl+alt+t pour l'ouvrir))
PC fixe sous Bionic 64 bits et portable avec Focal 64 bits

parce que ton probleme est un de ces rares trop recents, trop peu d'usagers ont le recul technique necessaire (ceux qui l'ont n'ont souvent pas le tps)
resume de ton boot-info :
- un disque de 1000mo, donc une table de partitions gpt
- une ou plusieurs partitions ntfs qui laissent penser qu'il y a eu deux installations w8, dont une pas complete (celle d'origine du fabricant oem, et celle fournie par le cd?w8?)
- une install ubuntu non terminee
- l'image iso linux dans les 16go est une mauvaise idee car tu ne comprends pas ce que tu fais (si tu comprenais tu saurais comment rectifier ton erreur tout seul)
- quand on debute, il est conseille de ne pas compliquer la situation
pour resoudre simplement :
- sauve tes donnees
- reinstalle w8 en prenant soin d'effacer les partitions ntfs qui ne servent pas : tu dois conserver winre, winsys, efi
(il est etrange que le fabricant oem ait separe le boot de efi)
- reinstalle ubuntu
- installe un boot manager cote w8 pour lancer ubuntu
- si tu ne comprends rien de ce qui est dit, ne fais rien ... a la place, achete, lis une doc sur w8 + les doc maintenance du fabricant oem de ton ordi.

Avec Windows 8 et un dual-boot, Windows 8 démarre, il propose l'autre OS puis l'ordi redémarre sous cet OS. Donc Windows 8 est le 1er OS. Chez moi c'est ainsi que ça fonctionnait.
C'est pour éviter tous ces problèmes et chipotages du dual-boot que je préfère être 100% Linux ou 100 % Windows, de plus, si tu as besoin d'un dual-boot avec Windows, reste sous Windows Sinon, il y a moyen de ne plus dépendre de Windows.
Et enfin, évitez d'installer autre choses que Windows sur les PC portable récent distribués dans le grand commerce car ils sont fait pour Windows ! Dirigiez-vous vers des boutique spécialisées Linux ou vers les portables Dell pour Ubuntu. Le mieux reste un ordinateur desktop full AMD (CPU et CG).

Excusez moi mais j'ai un problème sur les partitions, je ne sait pas lesquelles supprimer. J'ai actuellement 5 partitions :
RECOVERY E: (de type base et rien indiqué dans le système de fichier et le statut (partition OEM)
un autre RECOVERY E: (de type base et NTFS dans le système de fichier et le statut (partition OEM) étonnamment il à exactement la même taille que l'autre partition recovery
C: type base status NTFS statut démarer, fichier d'échange, vidage sur...
et j'ai 3 autres partitions sans nom mais qui ne sont pas utilisés (100% d'espace libre) dans volume de type base et pour les statut j'ai partition de récupération, un autre parition EFI, un autre partition principale
Je crois que c'est de ma faute que sa me fait sa donc j'ai pas trop envie de faire une mauvaise manip donc je vous demande au cas où. Ah et je me demandais si jamais je ne faisait pas une fausse manip, lors de la préparation à l’installation d'ubuntu, faut bien créer une nouvelle partition basique et l'appeler comme on le souhaite pour pouvoir créer un dual boot, c'est bien cela ?

c'est pour ca que j'ai conseille que tu lises la doc w8 et la doc fournie par le fabricant oem de ton ordi, qui a prevu un recovery a sa sauce perso (la part winre)
bon nous on veut bien t'aider pour cette partie, mais comment on fait si on n'a pas le modele de l'ordi , hein ?

Ah ben heu... je vois pas trop ce que vous voulez dire par modèle. Vous entendez les composants ou le nom de de la machine fabriquée ? Car si vous parlez du nom de la machine ben je ne sait pas où sa se trouve XD

le nom du modele quand c'est achete tout fait : c'est meme affiche dessus/devant
si c'est neuf, il y a la doc du fabricant oem avec ... chaque fabricant oem a une procedure particuliere pour la restauration (le fameux recovery) qui est different d'une installation normale avec des disques vierges et des composants d'assembleurs ... et d'ailleurs question legalite et licence w8, tu ne peux pas melanger les deux : la licence d'un w8 en boite est different de la licence allouee par le fabricant oem ...

Ah oui, j'ai regardé partout sur mon ordi portable pour voir le model avant de poster ma réponse et je n'avais rien trouvé. Rien trouvé jusqu'a ce que je penses à ouvrir l'ordinateur et regarder en haut à droite de l'écran...
Bref, le model de mon ordinateur portable est HP pavilion g6. je ne sait pas si sa impacte (surement pas) mais il est blanc soit sa ferait le HP pavilion g6 white.

le modele est du genre : HP Pavilion g6-2355sf
regarde en dessous de l'ordi ... (selon les modeles, ce n'est pas la meme touche de clavier pour la restauration)

Il n'y à rien d'écrit sous mon pc portable du coup j'ai tapé wmic csproduct get name, identifyingnumber dans la cmd et j'ai : 5CD325C58R (le numéro d'identification) et en name j'ai HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC.
Si non j'aimerais savoir si il ne serait pas plus simple d'abandonner le dual boot et de supprimer windows en le remplaçant par ubuntu (soit dans l’installation faire supprimer windows et installer ubuntu) car je ne voudrait pas trop vous déranger mais c'est surtout car j'ai vraiment besoin de mon ordinateur portable sous linux (de préférence ubuntu car j'aime plus l'interface et car je n'ai pas besoin d'aller trop loin).

tu es certain de ne pas avoir un petit manuel hp avec ton ordi ? genre guide de l'utilisateur ... w8 doit etre sauve sur des cd et un flash au cas ou ...
si ton bios est capable de couper l'uefi, ce serait mieux ...

Si oui ben j'ai jamais vu sa de ma vie XD j'en avais entendu parler mais je ne vois pas en quoi c'est important.
Mais c'est si important que sa tout ce système de répartitions. Si je prend lili, que je dl ubuntu (unity) et que je met dans mon pc et que je fais installer, je n'aurais pas de problèmes comme j'ai eu ?

Au pire j'ai là un pc fixe. Y'a pas une méthode du style mac gyver ? du genre je supprime toute mes partitions, soit mon pc deviens vierge et là je met une clé usb et il me lance ubuntu et là l’installation fonctionne ?
Car là sa commence un peut à m'échauffer cette histoire que maintenant que j'ai un dual boot ou pas m'est totalement égal.
PS le model de mon ordi portable exact est : HP pavilion g6-2325sf. J'ai retiré la batterie pour voir si le numéros ne serait pas là et par chance, il y est

au debut du sujet, tu ne dis pas que le dualboot n'est pas important ... nous on peut pas deviner hein ?
perso quand j'achete un ordi avec w dedans et que je peux pas me faire rembourser (parcours du combattant tout ca ... grrr), je le sauvegarde avec la methode fournie par principe (je l'ai paye !), et puis ensuite couic ...
et voilaun ubuntu tout neuf
