compiz fusion avec une carte ATI
sous hardy j'arrive pas à activer compiz fusion !! malgré que le pilote proprio (fglrx) de ma carte ATI est installé et fonctionnel !!

tu as pensé à activer le composite dans ton xorg.conf ???
Peux tu nous le poster ??

voici mon xorg.conf pour le composite amd précise que les derniers pilotes activent le composite par défaut donc il n'est pas nécessaire de le faire dans xorg.conf (source ici http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu … fic_Issues)
et c'est mon cas sous gutsy ou compiz fonctionne sans soucis.

Moi je rajouterais:
Option "AIGLX" "true"
dans Section "ServerLayout"...
et ta section "Module" me paraît bien pleine : Je n'ai que Load "glx" chez moi et cela marche impeccable !
De plus, j'ai tout de même rajouter à la fin de mon xorg :

idem ça n'a rien chngé
j'ai ajouter l'option "AIGLX" la section "Extensions" et garder que le module "glx" !

même problème... je crains qu'il ne faille attendre le prochain driver ati (mi février si ils en sortent un par mois), dans l'espoir qu'il intègre une correction du bug ET qu'il soit intégré à hardy. Je sais pas quand ils freezent la version des pilotes propriétaires qui sera utilisée en version finale, lors des phases de développement...
