probleme d'installation des paquets

Bonjour,

voila j'ai un problème avec adobe flash player je ne peut lire aucune vidéos sur internet depuis un moment je l'ai déinstaller il me semble il y a longtemps. J ai regarder pas mal de tuto mais aucun marche avec moi. Alors je demande de l'aide car je ne suis pas un pro de l'informatique. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider je vous laisse un petit quelque chose :

root@sylvain:/home/sylvain# sudo apt-get clean
root@sylvain:/home/sylvain# sudo apt-get autoclean
E: Impossible d'obtenir le verrou /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Ressource temporairement non disponible)
E: Impossible de verrouiller le répertoire d'administration (/var/lib/dpkg/). Il est possible qu'un autre processus l'utilise.

Voila merci c'est le dernier tuto que j'ai essayé et j'en ai essayer plein.

Pas d'autre solutions ? obligé de réinstaller une autre version ? Puis je faire une mise a jour peut etre ?
