Pas de Wifi sur Acer Travelmate Intel centrino N-1000

Bonjour,
Je possède un acer travelmate qui tournait sous Ubuntu 10.10 et la Wifi fonctionnait super bien. Sauf que je l'ai mis a jour vers Ubuntu 13.04. Petit soucis! hmm
Le bouton qui sert à activer le Wifi ne clignote pas orange et sur le menu Wifi il est impossible de se connecter à un réseau Wifi. Il indique même que le périphérique n'est pas prêt.
Sur le site d'intel je trouve des drivers pour linux. Mais un soucis je n'arrive pas à trouver un Tuto pour installer un fichier .ucode.
Auriez-vous une solution??:)

retour des info demandés dans le post épinglé  "A lire avant de poster !!!"

Tombé dans l'informatique étant petit, j'en ai fait mon métier. Utilisateur d'Ubuntu depuis novembre 2006, actuellement sous 20.04 x64 (Que d'évolution
depuis Dapper Drake ! Ça rajeunit pas ^^^).

oui, bien sur maintnenant qu'on en sait plus roll

le wifi n'est pas activé :

wlan0     Interface doesn't support scanning : Network is down

Clic droit sur l’icône de network manager, puis clic gauche sur "Activer le réseau sans fil" de manière a ce qu'il y ait une petite "coche" devant la ligne (comme il doit déjà y en avoir une devant la ligne "Activer le réseau").

Sinon, pour ta question 'Tuto .ucode", tu n'en trouvera pas, car il suffit simplement de copier le fichier ucode dans le dossier /lib/firmware

Bonjour,
le Wifi est bien activé et aucun réseau detecté avec un message dans le section wifi du menu "périphérique non prêt".
Pour les ucode je n'arrive pas a faire copier coller hmm

bonjour moi aussi j'ai le même problème mais moi tout est activer merci
PS: je suis sur ubuntu 12.04 j'ai le même ordinateur que lui et la même carte wifi
