kubuntu 13.10 bluetooth ne vois rien

Bonjour,
Je viens d'acquérir un nouveau portable un Toshiba Satellite PRO C50-A-1L6
J'y ai installé kubuntu 13.10, et tout marche sauf le bluetooth.
Je lance l'appli pour connecter mon téléphone ou même ma barre de son mais il reste sur "analyse en cours" et rien ne se passe.
Et sur le téléphone il ne vois pas le pc...
Comment faire ?

Oui, j'ai bien activé et rendu visible le PC comme le tel...
Et j'ai essayé sur le même PC sous Windows, et ça marche, donc le matériel n'est pas en cause...

ok, regarde dans configuration du système", "Bluetooh", si l'intégration du Bluetooh dans KDE est active. ce qu'il trouve comme adaptateur...

A priori l'integration est active et dans adaptateur je vois :

Oui je vois bien l'icone, d'aillleurs je passe par là pour ajouter un periph...
Ce matin j'ai :

Bon ben je trouve rien.
J'ai lancé un hcidump pendant un scan en ligne de commande et ça donne ça :

HCI sniffer - Bluetooth packet analyzer ver 2.5
device: hci0 snap_len: 1500 filter: 0xffffffffffffffff
> HCI Event: Command Status (0x0f) plen 4
    Inquiry (0x01|0x0001) status 0x00 ncmd 1
> HCI Event: Inquiry Complete (0x01) plen 1
    status 0x00

le plen 4 c'est quand le lance le scan et il marque scanning... puis il sarrete au bout de 4-5 secondes et s'affiche le plen 1
Je sais plus....
