Partition windows inaccessible et invisible depuis ubuntu.
Bonjour,
Grand débutant sous linux (je suis sous ubuntu 14.04), j'ai gardé une partition windows 7 pour divers motifs. Mon pc est équipé de 3 disques durs dont deux sont "partitionnés". Les voici:

Mon windows 7 est sur sda1, mais depuis hier, impossible d'y accéder, et il a disparu du grub quand je lance mon pc. Je n'ai fait aucune manœuvre particulière aussi bien sous ubuntu que sous windows semblant pouvoir entraîner tout cela. J'ai par contre toujours accès à sda5 sur lequel j'ai mis de la musique. J'ai essayé, en vain, différentes petites choses en furetant sur le forum. J'ai tenté de suivre différents tuto à propos de testdisk et bootrepair afin de résoudre ce problème mais rien à faire. Voyant bien que cette situation me dépasse je me tourne vers vous dans l'espoir de pouvoir, à nouveau, accéder à cette partition ou à défaut d'en extirper mes précieux documents.

Moi, je te conseille de déconnecter tous les lecteurs sauf le disque dur sda sur lequel se trouve Windows 7 et ensuite de réparer le démarrage suivant ce paragraphe : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/comment_recupe … windows_78
Le but c'est de faire démarrer ton ordi directement sur Windows 7. Quand ce sera fait, tu pourras reconnecter tous les lecteurs.

Bonjour,
J'ai rencontré quelques difficultés avec mon CD de windows mais ai réussi malgré tout à accéder à l'os en réparant la zone d'amorçage de la partition. J'ai enfin récupéré les documents que je souhaitais garder.
Mon pc boote désormais directement sur windows, le grub ayant disparu.
Je me suis donc fait une clé usb "boot repair disk" et ai booté dessus. J'ai découvert à ce moment que ma partition n'est toujours pas reconnue. Je n'ai donc pas réparé le grub de peur de me retrouver dans la même situation qu'auparavant.
Merci pour les conseils qui m'ont permis de récupérer mes données. Je ne comprends toujours pas comment s'est arrivé et ne sais pas trop quoi faire maintenant avec cette drôle de partition qui joue à cache cache. Je ne suis pas contre d'autres bons conseils.

D'accord mais si tu vas dans le Bios au démarrage pour mettre en priorité de démarrage un autre de tes disques durs, tu devrais pouvoir démarrer sur Grub.

En passant par le bios pour booter sur le disque ou se trouve ubuntu, j'obtiens un message d'erreur et me retrouve sur "grub rescue". Tout cela est bien obscur pour moi.

Pour réparer Windows, je t'ai conseillé de laisser le disque dur contenant Windows tout seul connecté dans l'ordi afin de réparer le démarrage de Windows. Cette procédure a bien fonctionné et je te propose de faire de même pour réparer le démarrage de ton Ubuntu, c'est à dire de laisser seulement le disque dur contenant Ubuntu connecté, les deux autres disques durs étant déconnectés (je veux dire que les connexions qui arrivent sur ces deux disques durs doivent être débranchées afin qu'ils soient mis hors fonctionnement). Pour cette réparation, tu peux utiliser Boot-Repair depuis une session live de Ubuntu 14.04 en suivant cette procédure : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.ph … #p16690381
Au lieu de faire directement la "Réparation recommandée", sorte de roulette russe, je te propose de faire seulement un Boot-Info (cliquer sur "Create a BootInfo summary") et de poster l'URL du Boot-Info. Si le Boot-Info montre que la "Réparation recommandée" que peut réaliser Boot-Repair est correcte, je te le confirmerai et tu pourras la tenter.

Dans mon post #6, je t'ai demandé de laisser connecté seulement le disque dur qui contient Ubuntu. D'après ton post #1, le disque qui contient Ubuntu est le disque de 250 Go. Toi tu t'es trompé et tu as laissé connecté le disque dur de 1000 Go (c'est un Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 To) comme tu peux voir dans ton Boot-Info :

Cela me parait correct aussi je te suggère de faire la "Réparation recommandée" (tu cliqueras sur "Recommended repair")
Après réparation, tu vérifieras qu'au redémarrage ça démarre automatiquement sur Ubuntu. Si c'est bon, tu reconnectes tous les disques durs et au redémarrage, ça devrait encore redémarrer automatiquement sur Ubuntu. Il suffira de passer la commande de mise à jour de Grub dans un terminal :
sudo update-grub
Après cela, au prochain redémarrage, tu auras un menu Grub avec une entrée pour démarrer Windows. Tu pourras donc continuer à démarrer sur le menu Grub et là tu choisiras soit une entrée pour Ubuntu soit l'entrée pour Windows.

Bonjour,
J'ai bien suivi tes explications, en débranchant les disques durs et en effectuant le "repair" recommandé. J'ai rebooté le pc et ubuntu s'est lancé sans aucun problème. J'ai éteint l'ordinateur, rebranché les disques durs et relancé le tout. Le pc a bien booté sur ubuntu.
Une fois sur ubuntu j'ai tout de suite constaté que la partition windows n'était toujours pas visible. J'ai malgré tout continué à suivre ce que tu as indiqué. J'ai donc fait
sudo update-grub
J'ai eu un message d'erreur m'indiquant un "crash". Ubuntu m'a alors proposé de reporter ce crash. J'ai accepté et ai regardé les détails. Voici le titre de ce rapport:
blkid crashed with SIGSEGV in blkid_do_safe prob ()
Je me retrouve dans la même situation qu'au début avec une partition (windows) invisible et un grub qui ne me propose pas windows.
Je ne sais pas quoi faire et m'en remet à toi en croisant les doigts.
Edit: mon bios me permet au démarrage de choisir le disque sur lequel je veux booter. Je peux donc encore choisir de lancer windows ou ubuntu (comme ils sont sur deux disques distincts). J'aimerai, malgré tout, retrouver la possibilité d’accéder à ma partition windows depuis ubuntu.

Depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé (les autres disques étant normalement connectés), je te prie de faire un Boot-Info : tu suivras toujours la procédure simplifiée et tu ne feras pas la "Réparation recommandée" (contente-toi de faire le Boot-Info)

Cela semble insoluble en effet. Ubuntu ne souhaite plus reconnaître windows, c'est à croire qu'il ne l'aime pas !
Etant donné que j'ai la possibilité de booter simplement sur l'os que je veux au démarrage de mon pc grâce à un bios plutôt bien fichu, je vais me laisser le temps de réfléchir.
Il me semble malgré tout que la solution est de réinstaller ubuntu ou windows... Ça ne m'enchante guère !

Pour savoir si ça sert à quelque chose de réinstaller Ubuntu, tu peux te contenter de faire un essai en session live (démarrage de ton ordi sur la liveUSB Ubuntu 14.04) et si depuis la session live tu n'arrives toujours pas à monter la partition sda1, ce n'est pas la peine de faire une réinstallation de Ubuntu parce que ça ne marchera pas mieux : c'est Windows qu'il conviendra de réinstaller.
