[Résolu] Double amorçage Ubuntu/Windows 7 instable
Bonsoir,
Je ne suis pas certain de poster dans la rubrique adéquate, mais enfin, j'essaie...
J'ai installé sur un PC portable neuf vendu sans OS d'abord Windows 7 64-bit sur une partition puis Ubuntu 64-bit sur une autre selon le partitionnement suivant :
Nom Système de fichiers Point de montage Taille
/dev/sda1 Système Windows 7 NTFS /media/Windows7 50 GB
/dev/sda2 Données commune aux deux systèmes NTFS /media/Stockage ~170 GB
/dev/sda3 Échange swap 8,6 GB
/dev/sda4 Racine du système Ubuntu ext2 / 20 GB
puis ai utilisé l'outil Boot-Repair pour créer (ou rétablir ?) le double amorçage. Voilà ce qu'il génère comme fichier de sortie : ici.
Le format de la table de partitionnement est MSDOS et mon PC amorce en BIOS.
Lors du premier redémarrage après la réparation par Boot-Repair, aucun problème pour lancer Windows 7.
Lors du second redémarrage et choix de Windows 7, message "Récupération d'erreurs Windows".
Lors du troisième redémarrage et choix de Windows 7, message "Vérification du système de fichiers sous C:".
Lors du quatrième redémarrage et choix de Windows 7, l'écran violet du menu GRUB se fige et plus rien ne se passe.
Sinon, je peux toujours utiliser Ubuntu sans problème (hormis le message au démarrage que le montage de la partition sur laquelle se trouve Windows ne s'est pas fait).
Ce qui est curieux c'est que j'ai exactement le même partitionnement et les mêmes systèmes sur un PC fixe qui fonctionne parfaitement, et là, sur mon portable, il y a un problème.
Je vous serai très reconnaissant si vous m'apportiez un peu d'aide.
Pour finir, je colle ici un extrait du terminal lors de l'installation de Boot-Repair, j'ai l'impression qu'il y a eu un problème à la fin mais je ne le comprends pas.

C'est à dire que tu as inversé sda3 et sda4 : c'est sda4 ta partition d'échange. Et tu as indiqué un format ext2 pour la partition racine alors que c'est le format EXT4 (c'est bien le format EXT4 qui convient).
cela dit, on peut constater qu'il y a une mention :

donc tu utilises l'hibernation sous Windows 7. Cela est incompatible avec cette partie de ton fstab :

EDIT : si tu dois aller lire un fichier ultérieurement dans ta partition Windows7, tu la monteras "manuellement" (au lieu qu'actuellement elle est montée systématiquement au démarrage et selon moi c'est ça qui pose problème)

Merci pour ta réponse et de t'être penché sur mon problème.
Effectivement, bien vu, je me suis trompé. J'ai fait un copié-collé brutal du premier message de cette discussion. L'organisation réelle de mon disque dur (celle que j'ai choisie) est bien celle indiquée par l'outil Boot-Repair.
J'ai modifié le fichier fstab comme tu m'as indiqué. Le seul gros souci, c'est que je ne peux plus lancer Boot-Repair : la logithèque Ubuntu ne fonctionne plus et l'installer ou le lancer en ligne de commande non plus. J'avais indiqué dans mon premier message que l'installation/le lancement de Boot-Repair ne s'était pas passé correctement. Mon système me semble maintenant complètement vérolé. Je colle ci-dessous les commandes et sorties du terminal lorsque je veux installer et lancer Boot-Repair :

[EDIT] : Je viens de redémarrer après avoir édité fstab : j'ai pu choisir Windows ; il démarre maintenant en m'indiquant seulement qu'il y a eu un problème : j'ai choisi "Démarrer normalement" et ça a très bien marché. En revanche, au second redémarrage, je choisis Windows et là, le menu GRUB se fige de nouveau...
Comme j'écrivais dans mon premier message, je trouve ce problème globalement d'autant plus bizarre que j'ai exactement le même partitionnement et les mêmes systèmes sur un PC fixe qui fonctionne, lui, parfaitement. C'est peut-être dû à la carte mère, je ne sais pas, je ne suis pas assez expert.
[EDIT 2] : J'ai même un problème en éditant /etc/fstab :

Je ne sais pas pourquoi tu as tous ces ennuis. Je te conseille une installation toute neuve de Ubuntu 14.04 en écrasant l'actuelle installation de Ubuntu 14.04. Au premier démarrage sur Ubuntu après cette nouvelle installation, je te prie de faire immédiatement les mises à jour parce que je constate en regardant ton Boot-Info que j'ai collé dans le post #2 que tu avais le noyau 3.13.0-24 c'est à dire que tu avais seulement le noyau qu'on a juste après install de Ubuntu 14.04 alors que le noyau actuel est 3.13.0-30 : il est important de mettre à jour tout de suite pour profiter des améliorations.
Pour faire une mise à jour complète avec Ubuntu 14.04 (*), il suffit de passer cette commande :
sudo apt update
puis valider par la touche Entrée et laisser bosser. Quand c'est calmé, passer la commande :
sudo apt full-upgrade
valider par Entrée et laisser bosser.
(*) ces commandes sont une nouveauté de la version 14.04 : elles n’existaient pas dans les versions précédentes.

Bonjour,
Juste une question, avant me lancer dans de nouvelles installations : est-ce que Intel® Rapid Start Technology (qui est activée par défaut dans le BIOS) ne poserait pas problème pour ce double amorçage ? Est-ce qu'il ne faudrait pas le désactiver ? J'ai lu quelque part que c'était utile pour sortir plus rapidement d'une veille prolongée lorsqu'on avait une machine qui couplait HDD et SSD mais vu que je n'ai qu'un SSD, ça me semble inutile. Je ne sais pas si cette option est activée sur mon PC fixe (sur lequel ce que je veux faire sur mon PC portable fonctionne parfaitement), je regarderai ce soir.

Me revoilà après de nombreuses manipulations.
Pour commencer, et pour corriger mon tout premier message, voici comment mon disque dur (uniquement un SSD de 256Gb) est partitionné (table de partitionnement au format MSDOS, pas GPT, pour un amorçage classique, non-UEFI) :
Nom Système de fichiers Point de montage Taille
/dev/sda1 Système Windows 7 NTFS /media/Windows7 50 Gio
/dev/sda2 Données commune aux deux systèmes NTFS /media/Stockage 160 Gio
/dev/sda3 Racine du système Ubuntu ext4 / 20 Gio
/dev/sda4 Échange linux-swap 8 Gio
J'ai désactivé Intel® Rapid Start Technology ainsi que la technologie d'antivol.
J'ai installé Windows 7 puis Ubuntu en faisant toutes les mises à jour comme me l'a recommandé malbo. Ubuntu fonctionne bien.
À ce stade, je n'ai pas utilisé Boot-Repair.
J'arrive alors à amorcer une première fois sous Windows puis je redémarre et j'amorce de nouveau sous Windows. L'écran mauve de Grub se pare alors d'une multitude de traits blancs horizontaux régulièrement espacés et se fige pendant quelques secondes. Puis un autre écran mauve apparaît, sans traits blancs cette fois, et la petite musique d'accueil caractéristique de Windows retentit enfin. Mais toujours cet écran mauve. J'éteins l'écran puis le rallume, mais rien à faire : toujours cet écran mauve. Grâce à une touche du clavier, je mets l'ordinateur en veille prolongée. La sortie se fait bien et je retrouve en clair l'écran Windows.
J'utilise alors Boot-Repair.
Je parviens à amorcer sans problème 5 fois sous Windows mais au bout de la sixième, écran mauve et traits blancs, etc.
Est-ce que vous sauriez d'où viennent ces problèmes étranges ?

Salut,
Perso, je pencherais plutôt pour un problème de carte graphique. Si ça démarre correctement plusieurs fois, et qu'au bout d'un certain temps, ça plante, on peut penser à une surchauffe. D'autant que ce que tu indiques ressemble pas mal à des artefacts, phénomène bien connu lorsque les cartes graphiques sont malades. Tu devrais réinitialiser le mbr (pour écarter la piste ubuntu) et faire des démarrages multiples sous Windows. Si le phénomène se reproduit, tu seras fixé. Si ce n'est pas le cas, on pourra imaginer que ton Linux gère mal ta carte graphique (pilote, ou accélération graphique) et tu n'auras plus qu'à essayer une version "xubuntu", moins exigeante, pour voir si elle réagit mieux.

Pour info, mon PC est neuf. La carte graphique est intégrée à la carte mère.
Avant d'installer Ubuntu, j'avais essayé de démarrer plusieurs fois sous Windows : je n'ai pas eu de problème.
Je regarderai donc du côté de Xubuntu, merci pour l'info.

Je prends en cours ce sujet.
J'ai cru comprendre que le micro fonctionne bien sous windows.
A la description que je vois, C'est que le boot ubuntu met en route.
et comme cela va mal, le boot prend l'issue de secours qui est windows.
Pourquoi, cela va mal Je ne sais pas
Malbo a montré que que la partition qui contenait ubuntu est au format ext2, Si c'est encore le cas, inutile de chercher plus loin. Ubuntu ne boot correctement qu'avec un format ext4.
J'ai tenté personnellent du format ext3 et je n'ai pas pu booter. J'ai vu d'autre part sur le forum que ce problème était connu pour ext2. Vous pouvez faire des recherches.http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1594011

donc ce que tu as écrit dans le post #1 ci-dessous n'est pas exact :
/dev/sda3 Échange swap 8,6 GB /dev/sda4 Racine du système Ubuntu ext2 / 20 GB
C'est à dire que tu as inversé sda3 et sda4 : c'est sda4 ta partition d'échange. Et tu as indiqué un format ext2 pour la partition racine alors que c'est le format EXT4 (c'est bien le format EXT4 qui convient).
Il rectifie l'erreur qu'il a relevé post#1...
Ce n'est pas la même chose.
Quoi qu'il en soit l'installation est bien faite sur partition ext4...

Je répète... aucune raison logicielle ne peut expliquer un tel phénomène. Une fois sur deux, admettons, et encore. Seul un problème matériel justifie cette situation (pilote, carte graphique...)

Bon, j'ai essayé Xubuntu 14.04 ainsi qu'Ubuntu 12.04 (au cas où) : le problème est toujours là.
J'ai du mal à croire que ça ne soit pas un problème logiciel puisqu'avec Windows seul, je n'ai aucun problème. Mais je ne suis pas expert.
Pour régler ce problème d'affichage (puisque ça n'est que ça finalement, ça n'est pas vraiment un problème d'amorçage), je pensais éditer les commandes d'amorçage sous Windows pour forcer à rafraîchir l'écran.
Est-ce que quelqu'un sait comment faire ça ?

Mea culpa : en installant tous les pilotes graphiques de Windows, le problème est réglé. Parfois Windows démarre normalement, d'autres fois non : l'écran mauve avec des traits blancs horizontaux masque l'écran "Démarrage de Windows..." mais l'écran "Bienvenue" finit toujours par apparaître. Donc je vais me contenter de ça.
