[RESOLU] Plantage au démarrage : grub rescue

Bonjour,

Il y a trois semaine, j'ai installé ubuntu sur l'ordinateur de mes parents, windows ne démarrant plus ( écran noir après le bios )

Tout marchait parfaitement jusqu'à aujourd'hui. J'ai à peu prêt la même erreur : un écran noir pendant une trentaine de seconde, puis je tombe sur grub rescue avec l'erreur suivante :

error: failure reading sector 0x802 from 'hd0'

Est ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée ?

Salut, tu peux booter sur ton live cd ou ta clé usb et télécharger puis exécuter Boot info script

1. Télécharger le zip et le copier/glisser sur le bureau
2. Le de-zippé sur le bureau.
3. Copier les fichiers contenu dans le dossier de-zippé sur le bureau
4 Ouvrir un terminal et éxecuter la commande suivante :

sudo bash ~/Desktop/boot_info_script.sh

Il va te créer un fichier texte contenant des infos sur le bureau. Copie son contenu ici.

Je n'arrive pas à démarrer avec le disque d'amorçage.
Au bout d'une minute d'attente, j'ai juste ce message lorsque j'appuie sur une flèche ( droite ou haut )

Rectification ! après une demi heure de moulinage il a démarré ... Je ne comprends pas.

Essais de faire ce que je t'ai dis, test ton disque dur aussi avec Smartmontools c'est bien possible qu'il soit fatigué.

Oui autant pour moi le sdb1 c'est ta clé live... C'est la vacances je suis fatigué...

Pour le sda1 tu peux faire

sudo smartctl -t long /dev/sda1

Les messages indiquent des problèmes de lectures de certaines parties du disque dur, il est peut être fatigué

Je me disais que j'utilisais un autre soft dans le temps c'est celui ci.

dans un terminal

gnome-disks

Tu vas avoir une fenêtre comme cella là :

Screen 1

À gauche tu vas pourvoir choisir le disque dur que tu veux

En haut à droit tu clique sur plus d'options et cliquer sur "Données SMART et auto-test" tu vas avoir cette fenêtre :

Screen 2

Tu fais un Auto test "court" et tu regarde dans la colonne "Estimation" si certaines sont mauvaises.

Ce sera plus lisible que dans un terminal smile

Peu importent les autres résultats, le retour de

sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda

au message  #11, montre clairement que le disque de tes parents est au bout du rouleau. Il faut au plus vite :
- arrêter les tests (ils n'apporteront aucun dépannage et accéléreront son usure),
- sauvegarder ce qui peut l'être pendant que le disque est encore à peu près lisible. Ce sera plus facile en démarrant d'un autre disque ou clef usb.

  Ensuite, tu auras la sérénité pour remplacer le disque.

Les sauvegardes, c'est la première chose que j'ai fait quand j'ai installé ubuntu dessus, il y a à peine deux semaines.

Il y a quand même quelque chose qui m'intrigue : avant hier il fonctionnait parfaitement bien. Il a pu crashé en un jour ? ( à priori mon père a forcé l'arret hier, suite à un bug )

Nuance : avant hier il donnait l'impression de fonctionner parfaitement bien.
Ce, grâce à ses redondances et autres capacités d'auto-correction.
Tu peux ainsi remarquer, ligne 5 : 8 secteurs réalloués, signe d'usure et de compensation,
ligne 197 : encore 3 secteurs en attente de ré-allocation.
ligne 12 : 6.600 mises sous tension. A raison de deux par jour, 300 jours par an, ça ferait 11 ans d'âge : respectable. Apparemment ce Toshiba MK5056GSY, c'était de la qualité !

C'est très étonnant ... L'ordinateur a 5 ans, on l'a acheté neuf. Et on doit être loin des 2 allumage par jour, 300 jours par an.
