(Résolu) panneau "sens interdit" et panne du daemon sur Ubuntu 12.4

Bonsoir,

Excusez-moi si la question a déjà été posée ailleurs. Je ne l'ai trouvée qu'une fois, à la fin d'une discussion sur un autre sujet et elle était restée non traitée. (Je suis nouveau sur le forum.)

Sur Ubuntu 12.4. Un panneau "sens interdit" est apparu il y a une heure dans ma barre menu avec un message d'alerte me signalant une panne dans le système. Depuis, il m'est impossible d'installer quoi que ce soit (mises à jour, notamment) ni même d'envoyer de rapport d'erreur. En cliquant sur le panneau "sens interdit", le seul commentaire d'un programme nommé "backend_helper.py", quand on demande les détails est : "it seems that the daemon died"

Vous avez essayé en ligne de commande dans le terminal CTRL+ALT+T

sudo apt-get update

et

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

copier-coller le retour de chaque commande comme ceci

EDIT= Regardez dans Firefox ---> Outils ----> Modules complémentaires et Voir si il existe "HELPER" si oui le mettre a jour si possible ou le supprimer ensuite relancer les 2 commandes

Dans le gestionnaire de modules complémentaires de Firefox, pas de "downloadhelper" ni de" HELPER" tout court.
Seulement ADBlock, ClearConsole, Eat My Cookies, Ghostery, UBUNTU Firefox Modifications 2.7 et WOT
Tous sont installés depuis très longtemps par moi, sauf Firefox Modifications 2.7 qui est venu je ne sais comment et depuis je ne sais combien de temps (j'ai migré vers le 12.4 il y un mois ou deux seulement, et je ne suis jamais allé voir les extensions)

OK donc regardez dans vos "Sources de logiciels" ----> Autres logiciels = voir si il n'y a pas un"PPA" du nom de Helper?

Pour alca94, si vous êtes toujours en ligne (désolé pour le long délai de réponse)
1° pour le retour, il n'y avait rien de plus à coller. L'instruction apt-get dist-upgrade  faisait tourner un instant la machine et ne produisait aucune ligne supplémentaire
2° dans la version de Firefox que j'ai depuis que je suis passé à 12.4, il n'y a rien qui s'appelle "Sources de logiciels". Quant à la "logithèque Ubuntu", elle quitte le système avant de pouvoir être ouverte, avec un message d'erreur. Je n'y ai donc plus accès

2° dans la version de Firefox que j'ai depuis que je suis passé à 12.4, il n'y a rien qui s'appelle "Sources de logiciels"

pas dans firefox dans vos sources de logiciels ou vous activez vos dépots ,onglet "autres logiciels"

Excusez pour ma stupidité mais où sont mes "sources de logiciels"? Question subsidiaire : comment activer un dépôt pour faire apparaitre un onglet "autres logiciels"?

Une recherche dans le tableau de bord avec "software-properties-gtk" ne donne rien non plus...

Merci d'avance pour votre patience face à mon ignorance
Ou alors c'est dans le terminal que je dois taper "software-properties-gtk"?

OUI (en général toutes les commandes sont données comme ça pour le terminal sur fond noir )

De toute façon je ne pense pas que cela vienne de ça ?j'ai chercher sur les forums avec "backend_helper.py" et je n'ai rien trouvé de résolu hmm ni même d'explications dans le doute pouvez vous donner le retour

Sorry,

J'ai quand même trouvé. Dans "sources de logiciels", les deux seules cases cochées ont le même nom : "partenaires de canonical    logiciel empaqueté par canonical pour ses partenaires", le reste est décoché. Il n'y a rien du nom de Helper

Comme je vous l'ai dit au post 10

De toute façon je ne pense pas que cela vienne de ça ?j'ai chercher sur les forums avec "backend_helper.py" et je n'ai rien trouvé de résolu  ni même d'explications dans le doute pouvez vous donner le retour

désolé je ne sais pas vous aider davantage hmm
(mis a part une ré-installation en profitant de la nouvelle 14.04 après sauvegarde de vos documents)

Moi aussi j'ai un sens interdit et depuis je ne peux plus faire de mises à jour ni meme utiliserTweak pour faire le ménage, il me semble que cette erreur est suite à une précédente mise à jour.
Si je lance un sudo apt-get update le terminal attend une Connexion à fr.archive.ubuntu.com indéfiniment

Redémarre, ouvre un terminal et colles-y :

gksudo software-center

  Cela aura pour effet - en principe - de lancer ta logithèque, à laquelle tu ne toucheras pas.
En revanche ton terminal devrait se remplir de messages : laisse tourner une minute au moins, jusqu'à ce que ça ne bouge plus.
  Ferme alors la logithèque (graphiquement, pas par le terminal).
  Sélectionne la totalité du contenu du terminal (cf. le 3°) de ./viewtopic.php?pid=17345641#p17345641)
  et colle-le ici (entre balises-code !)
  Ferme ton terminal.

Ouvre alors un autre terminal :

dmesg>dmesg20140801a.txt

Tu trouveras dmesg20140801a.txt dans ton home,
  colle son contenu ici (toujours entre balises-code !)
            Merci !

Donne d'abord

cat .bash_history

  Puis lance :

sudo rm .Xa*

puis

sudo apt-get purge libapt-* && sudo apt-get install  libapt-ins* libapt-pkg4*

et colle le retour ici.
NE REDÉMARRE PLUS AVANT mon feu vert !

J'ai bien eu l'ecran en copie au lancement de la commande.
et après sur le terminal le message 'base de confiance créée'

justement sur cette page ,en bas il y a "télécharger depuis" = essayer de changer de serveur en lançant une recherche

EDIT = Je viens de voir passer ce message ,vous êtes peut-être confronté au même problème (ça justifie ce que j'essaie de vous faire faire)
