[Abandonné] 12.04->14.04 avec gros problèmes
bonjour à tous.
j'ai lancé la mise à niveau il y a qques jours et là, problèmes..
mes volumes ne se montent plus, une longue liste de messages furtifs s'affichent au démarrage, je n'ai pas accès aux paramètres...etc.
j'ai pu démarrer sur un live USB pour récupérer mes dernières données, et voilà, j'en suis là et je ne suis pas un spécialiste...
est-ce réparable, dois-je tout réinstaller et comment?
merci d'avance de vos conseils.

Tu peux essayer une réinstallation en suivant la méthode 1 de cette doc : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/reinstallation_ubuntu
Si le résultat obtenu après cette réinstallation n'est pas satisfaisant, il faudra te résoudre à faire une installation toute neuve de Ubuntu.
EDIT : comme tu sembles galérer beaucoup depuis quelques jours, je te suggère de commencer par faire un Boot-Info depuis une session live (Essayer Ubuntu) de ta liveUSB 14.04.1 en suivant cette procédure simplifiée : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.ph … #p16690381
Je pourrai contrôler que tout va bien en vue de la réinstallation.

merci, je suis en train de le faire, je charge une clé USB
je ne suis pas sûr de m'en sortir avec les partitions du disque au moment du choix, je ne sais pas quelle partition il faut remplacer; si vous avez des conseils..

Tu n'as pas sauvegardé le home complet, soit. Mais est-ce que tu as pu sauvegarder sur disque dur externe les données précieuses pour toi qui sont à l'intérieur de ce home ?
Si c'est OK, es-tu d'accord pour refaire complètement le partitionnement de ton disque dur (tout ce qu'il y a actuellement sur le disque sera écrasé et perdu) ?

mes données perso "précieuses" sont en lieu sur.
il n'y a que le bureau où il reste qques fichiers, mais rien de très important. ce qui me gene plus, c'est les marques pages de firefox, je ne sais pas si on peu les récupérer...
ok pour les partitions, ce sera une première fois..

Ils sont dans un fichier caché (qui commence par un point) dans ton home... (/home/<nom_utilisateur>).

Je te propose de tout repartitionner avec l'éditeur de partition Gparted depuis une session live de Ubuntu 14.04 (j'ai vu que tu as la version 32 bits de Ubuntu). Pour l'utilisation de Gparted, il y a la doc du site : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/gparted
Mais elle ne vaut pas un coup de cidre par rapport à la doc officielle Gparted : http://gparted.sourceforge.net/display- … al&lang=fr
Pour faire du tout neuf, je te propose la Création d'une nouvelle table de partitions
Le type de table de partitions par défaut est msdos d'après cette doc et c'est bien ce qui convient pour toi. Après création de cette table, tu pourras construire le partitionnement (*) :
une partition primaire EXT4 de 20 Go destinée à la racine de Ubuntu
une partition étendue sur tout le reste du disque dur dans laquelle tu créeras :
- une partition logique swap de 1 Go
- une partition logique EXT4 qui occupe toute la place restante dans la partition étendue : elle est destinée à la partition de données personnelles (appelée communément "partition /home")
Après cela, tu pourras faire l'installation en suivant la doc : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/insta … le_live_cd
A l'étape 3, tu sélectionneras "Autre chose" et tu feras le nécessaire avec l'aide de la doc Installation d'Ubuntu : partitionnement manuel et plus particulièrement de la partie Exemple pratique : tes partitions ayant été créées avant installation, tu n'auras pas à créer de partitions comme dans l’exemple pratique mais à modifier les partitions. Les deux seules partitions à modifier seront :
- la partition EXT4 de 20 Go pour indiquer son point de montage / et cocher la case formater si cette case apparaît.
- la partition EXT4 destinée à la partition de données personnelles pour indiquer son point de montage /home et cocher la case formater si elle apparaît.
Tu n'auras rien à retoucher s'agissant de la partition swap.

bon, les partitions c'est fait, par contre j'ai une version 32 bits sur ma live USB et live Creator ne me propose pas autre chose en ubuntu.
