[Résolu] Problème boot DD après installation ubuntu 14.04
Bien le bonjour,
Pour commencer je tiens à préciser que je suis débutant!
Mon ordi ne bootait plus (windows 7), j'ai tout essayé pour le récupérer, le réinstaller, rien n'y a fait. J'ai donc essayé le live CD d'ubuntu, tout fonctionne correctement, j'ai pu récupérer certaines données mais mon disque dur me parait endommagé (problème de clusters). J'ai installé ubuntu dessus (à côté du windows endommagé), tout semble s'être bien passé. Le système me demande de rédémarrer, mais là il est incapable de booter.
J'ai donc essayé d'installer boot-repair avec les commandes:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo sed 's/trusty/saucy/g' -i /etc/apt/sources.list.d/yannubuntu-boot-repair-trusty.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y boot-repair && (boot-repair &)
Mais le terminal m'affiche:
E: impossible de trouver le paquet boot-repair
J'ai cherché un .deb du programme sur internet, sans succès...
Je cherche donc un moyen d'installer boot repair ou alors des conseils qui me permettront d'installer ubuntu sur le disque dur sans avoir à booter en live CD à chaque fois.

Quand tu es en session liveDVD (ce n'est pas un CD, c'est un DVD), il faut que tu aies accès à internet : tu peux le vérifier en faisant un petit tour avec Firefox. Si tu n'as pas l'accès internet et que tu es en WiFi, connecte-toi en filaire le temps de faire les manips. Je te recommande de ne pas faire la "Réparation recommandée" de Boot-Repair mais seulement le Boot-Info.

Le souci c'est que j'ai bien accès à internet. C'est de là que j'ai posté mon message sur le forum.
Malheureusement, j'ai fini par graver le CD hier soir et ai effectué la "Réparation recommandée"

Une fois de plus, tout a l'air de s'être bien passé mais l'ordinateur ne boot toujours pas. Après avoir sélectionné l'OS ubuntu l'écran devient noir pendant un moment puis il fini par m'afficher quelque chose comme:
"System give up waiting----- (did the systeme wait long enough?)
-----( did the systeme wait for the right device?)"
Je posterai ce qui s'affiche exactement si c'est nécessaire.

Je ne vois pas dans le Boot-Info une anomalie qui puisse expliquer pourquoi tu n'arrives pas à booter sur ton Ubuntu installé. Désolé.

mon disque dur me parait endommagé (problème de clusters).
Si c'est exact, c'est une explication suffisante !
Si tu veux confirmation et détails, à partir de ton dvd, fais
sudo apt-get install smartmontools
puis
sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda
et colle le retour complet ici.

Finalement j'ai fini par opter pour une suppression pure et simple de windows. Et là, Ô miracle mon ordinateur arrive à booter! Je comptais réinstaller ubuntu sur une autre partition mais en fait ça n'a même pas été nécessaire.
Après je ne suis quand même pas convaincu que mon disque dur soit dans un état irréprochable donc je vais tenter de faire cette manip quand même.

Il a pris des chocs, ton SAMSUNG HN-M101MBB ? En tout cas, à l'avenir évite de déplacer un pc en fonctionnement, ou alors procède trrrrrrrrrès doucement.
En conclusion, si tu arrives à utiliser ce disque, surveille une fois par mois l'évolution des données SMART.
Mais si tu peux le remplacer rapidement, tu t'éviteras bien des soucis (récupération de données, incertitude quant à la qualité des données enregistrées).

euuuuh... Bah non, il me semble pas. J'ai pas mal voyagé et je l'emmène souvent partout avec moi mais il est toujours éteint.
Ok, merci du conseil je pense que je vais opter pour un remplacement rapide.
J'ai cherché un peu sur internet mais pour trouver un DD adapté à ma machine je galère un peu
