Batterie bloquée à 79%
Bonjour,
Depuis aujourd'hui, l'indicateur de batterie de mon laptop ne dépasse pas les 79%. J'ai beau le laisser sur le courant toute la journée, rien n'y fait. Jusqu'à hier, il allait bien jusqu'à 100%. Mon laptop a moins de 6 mois. J'ai du mal à croire que la batterie a perdu 21% de capacité en une nuit.
Note: Quand je clique droit sur l'icône pour afficher les détails, je vois:
- Énergie à pleine charge: 45,1Wh
- Énergie à pleine charge: 31,1Wh
(Oui: les deux lignes affichent exactement le même texte. Et non: 31,1Wh ne représente PAS 79% de 45,1Wh...)
Quelqu'un sait-il d'où peut venir le problème ?

Il serait à mon avis intéressant de savoir ce qu'il en est vraiment de l'état de ta batterie en passant par le kernel et pas par un applet possiblement foireux. À lire :

Ton adaptateur est-il 40W ? (je cherche mais c'est au pif hein)
Sinon c'est aussi possible que ta batterie est juste deffectueuse, non ? Garantie ?
Et sinon juste pour tester, si tu peux booter sur un live usb et regarder l'état de la batterie avec un autre OS, ça peut être intéressant également.

J'utilise l'adaptateur officiel livré par Samsung. Et je n'ai toujours utilisé que celui-là depuis l'achat.

Oui mais regarde les spécifications dessus. C'est tout à fait envisageable qu'il y ait eu une erreur à l'usine ou que le transfo soit défecteux, et donc il envoie le mauvais voltage/puissance, et ça abîme ta batterie.

Les spécifications indiquées sur le transfo semblent bonnes: 19V - 2.1A, soit 39.9W.
