Probleme de Paquet ? [Résolu]

Alors voila depuis quelque temps j'ai ce message qui apparait !
Je connais vaguement l'univer Ubuntu, donc expliqué moi etape par etape sv p !
J'ai installé il y a peu Ubuntu 8.10 !

Impossible d'initialiser les données sur les paquets

Un problème insoluble est apparu lors de l'initialisation des données sur les paquets.

Veuillez signaler cette erreur comme un bogue du paquet « update-manager » et inclure le message d'erreur suivant :

'E:Dynamic MMap ran out of room, E:Erreur apparue lors du traitement de libimage-size-perl (NewVersion1), E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/fr.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_hardy_universe_binary-i386_Packages, E:Les listes de paquets ou le fichier « status » ne peuvent être analysés ou lus.'

Ton sources.list est vraiment très très bizarre, il contient des dépots de 3 versions différentes Edgy, Gutsy et Hardy.
Etonnant que ça fonctionne.
Remplace le contenu de ton /etc/apt/sources.list par ces lignes (pour Hardy):

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy main restricted universe multiverse
#deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates main restricted universe multiverse
#deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-security main restricted universe multiverse

Puis :

~$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Qu'est ce que Hardy, Gutsy, Edgy au juste (excusez mon ignorance) ?
Et justement ça ne marchait pas lol !

Simple comme Ubuntu v. 8.04 de Didier Roche.
