[Résolu] Problème apt-get update

Bonjour à tous,

Un problème mineur mais un problème quand même ... je voudrais mettre fin à ce message dans le terminal :

W: Duplicate sources.list entry [url]http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/[/url] utopic-security/main i386 Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_utopic-security_main_binary-i386_Packages) 
W: Duplicate sources.list entry [url]http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/[/url] utopic-security/restricted i386 Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_utopic-security_restricted_binary-i386_Packages) 
W: Vous pouvez lancer « apt-get update » pour corriger ces problèmes.

J'ai bien essayé son conseil mais le problème persiste ... dois-je supprimer l'un de ces deux fichiers cités ?

Bonjour, j'ai eu le meme problème que toi récemment, tapes dans un terminal

cat /var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu 

et postes nous le retour. Postes nous ensuite le retour de

cat /var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu

Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type (et d'ailleurs c'est la même commande deux fois lol)

Sinon postes nous le retour de

gksudo gedit /var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_utopic-security_restricted_binary-i386_Packages

         Le copier-coller de Gedit.

Eh bien là c'est vide ... par contre le terminal répond :

(gksudo:3599): GConf-CRITICAL **: gconf_value_free: assertion 'value != NULL' failed

Oui, il faut que tu supprimes

/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_utopic-security_restricted_binary-i386_Packages

car tu l'as en double. Il faut que tu supprimes un seul des deux fichiers. Mais j'avais eu beaucoup de mal à le faire. Mon problème conçernait Opera et non Security.ubuntu.com, malheureusement. Tu peut regarder ici si ça peut t'aider, c'est la résolution de mon problème similaire.

Avant de continuer, je te demanderai d'éditer tes messages #1 et #9 pour mettre les messages et retours de commandes entre balises code (voir explication) et non pas "balises de citation" (il faudrait refaire les commandes pour remplacer ces retours par quelque chose de plus propre)

Dans le #9, il reste des balises url ajoutées par l'éditeur du forum qui n'apparaissent pas dans le véritable sources.list. Édite encore une fois ce message en remplaçant toute la balise code par celle-là :

@cqfd93 : que dirais-tu de faire un clean, autoclean, autoremove avant un update en bonne et due forme?

Y'a plusieurs entrées en double dans sources.list, je viens de le nettoyer et je vais lui proposer. Je préfère d'abord faire update et upgrade, ensuite ça sera OK pour clean, autoclean, autoremove.

As-tu vu aussi qu'il y a les dépôts 'proposed' qui sont activés ? Voir peut-être à le désactiver.

J'ai nettoyé ton sources.list et tu vas maintenant faire ce qui suit (je suppose que tu es sous Unity)  :
Ouvre-le avec :

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Sélectionne tout son contenu avec ctrl-A et supprime-le puis remplace-le par :

Enregistre et ferme gedit.

Si tu obtiens une insulte comme quoi gksu n'est pas installé, il faut l'installer avec

sudo apt-get install gksu

@jplemoine : j'avais vu les proposed et je les ai désactivés (on a les mêmes valeurs )

MDR ! Oui, mais on n'est pas les seuls à avoir ce raisonnement : les proposed, c'est avec parcimonie....
Tu as la ligne pour avoir les dépôts correspondant aux paquets installés ? (sinon, je te la (re) donne..)
Ça permettra de savoir s'il y a un (voire plusieurs) paquet issu de ce dépôt.
--> C'est après  le dépannage classique donc, ça ne presse pas..

EDIT : Apparemment ça n'a rien changé quant aux logiciels tiers donc merci ça marche maintenant !

Ça permettra de savoir s'il y a un (voire plusieurs) paquet issu de ce dépôt.
--> C'est après  le dépannage classique donc, ça ne presse pas..

Je ne l'ai pas, donc je veux bien que tu me la donnes.

Maintenant, on peut faire ce que jplemoine a suggéré, ça ne peut pas faire de mal :

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get autoremove

Sauf qu'il faut faire un update ensuite...
La ligne concernée est :

for line in $(dpkg --get-selections | awk '{print $1}'); do apt-cache madison "$line" ; done | awk '{print $5}' | sort -u

--> ça donne tous les dépôts correspondant aux paquets installés.
