Link down / Link up | Connexion qui plante constament

Bonjour à tous,

Après plusieurs jours de recherches et tests infructueux, je m'en remet à vous, car je sèche complètement !
J'ai depuis 2 semaines un problème de coupures de connexion au net intempestives sur mon Ubuntu server (12.04.5) derrière un routeur freebox.
Précision : La freebox est toujours synchronisée. Cela ne concerne que mon serveur, mon poste de travail (14.04) n'est pas impacté.
J'ai déjà :
- Changé le câble ethernet + sortie du routeur
- Changé mon interface de dhcp à static :

#auto eth0
#iface eth0 inet dhcp
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.0.1
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.0.254
dns-nameservers 192.168.0.254

- Ajouté /etc/modprobe.d/forcedeth.conf avec :

options forcedeth msi=0 msix=0
