Mon ubuntu bloque complétement,obliger de rebot le pc

bonjour a tous,
donc depuis aujourd'hui j'ai beaucoup de probleme qui s'accumule et j'aimerais bien que l'on m'aide..
tout d'abord ma conexion wifi se perd et jke suis obligé de reboot mon pc pour la retrouvé, puis apres quand j'allume mon pc la page qui nous permet de choisir linux ou windows xp se met de coté c'est a dire que je ne vois que la moitié de mon écran, puis apres le probleme majeur est que mon pc se bloque complétement je ne peut plus rien faire ni écrire no bougé la souris...
voila aidez moi svp je commence a désespéré..

Bonjour, pour ton Wifi je ne peut t'aidez je n'utilise pas, pour ta page de demarrage (nommer GRUC, du nom du programme) je te conseil d'allez voir sur la documentation pour voir si il n'y aurai pas une solution, sinon post nous ici ton fichier /boot/grub/menu.lst.

Pour cela soit par l'explorateur (nommé nautilus sous gnome, konqueror sous KDE) va chercher le fichier, ouvre le et copie colle ici sont contenu soit tape en ligne de commande gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst et copie colle ici le contenu du fichier.
