[ RESOLU ] problème firefox
Bonjour,
Je suis sur ubuntu 14.04 - Firefox version 36.0 - depuis 1 an problème, quand je démarre firefox j'ai automatiquement une fenêtre "firefox restart" et je dois suivre tout le processus repartir, autoriser pour accéder à mes boites mails..a la page d'accueil

Peut-être que tu pourrais installer la version de mozilla :ici.
Tu choisis la bonne colonne, la bonne langue. Tu obtiens un fichier firefox-36.0.tar.bz2
Pour le décompacter tu tapes dans un terminal :
cd /opt
sudo tar jxvf ~/Téléchargements/firefox-36.0.tar.bz2Tu as alors le nouveau firefox en tapant
/opt/firefox/firefoxC'est pas très commode, certes, mais en créant un lanceur on l'a en un clic.

1 - as tu essayé de démarrer firefox en safe-mode ?
2 - as-tu tenté dans about:support "réparer firefox" ?
Donne nous aussi les retours de
sudo apt-get update@gl38, pourquoi installer manuellement ce qui est dispo dans les dépôts ?

J'ai un autre problème concernant bluetooth, j'ai dû faire quelque chose, avant je n'avais qu'à ouvrir photo ou vidéo sur mon téléphone, envoyer et ça arrivait sur le PC
maintenant mon icone bluetooth est bien là, normalement c'est activé, mais le périphérique n'est plus actif (il est orangé normalement) ce que me permettrait de relancer la recherche pour ma connexion téléphone, comment faire ?????

Pour les retours ,il faut utiliser les balises codes < > bleues au dessus de la zône de texte

Dans le terminal vous faites "Editions" ---> tout sélectionner puis clic droit "Copier"

Pour éliminer un vulgaire problètes d'extension de FF qui provoquerait cette erreur:
1 Démarrer FF comme te l'a proposé en mode safe (c'est à dire sans les extensions et plugins) comme te le propose nam; Pour cela tu passes en terminal la commande
firefox --safe-mode2 si FF fonctionne normalement c'est la faute d'un plugin ou d'une extension. Normalement pour savoir on les désactive toutes puis on les réactive une par une. Mais perso je fais ceci
3 Dans FF en mode safe, j'exporte des marque pages. Puis je renomme le dossier caché des paramètres personnels de FF qui s'appelle .mozilla (avec le point avant en .mozilla_vieux ou old pas d'importance.
4 je relance FF en mode normal, si ça marche puis je réimporte les marque pages.
Ça me semble plus prudent et rapide que d'installer une autre version avec des tar etc...

Bonjour
Après avoir testé en vain tous les propositions (Safe-mode et réparer Firefox ) je me suis aperçu que dans "Editions" ---> Préférence ---> Onglet Général la page d'accueil était réglé sur "About-startpage" j'ai donc choisi "page actuelle" pour pouvoir redémarrer sur celle-ci et tout est redevenu normal au redémarrage de firefox.

C'est pas arrivé tout seul, toi ou quelqu'un d'autre avez changé les paramètres de la page d'accueil.
Ça arrive régulièrement dans le club informatique (personnes âgées) que j'anime dans mon village (sous Ubuntu) il y en a toujours un ou une clique au mauvais endroit, copie colle n'importe quoi, je leur dis qu'il sont atteints de cliquette maudite.
