Erreur apt-get RESOLU

Bonjour,

j'ai du faire une fausse manip bien que je ne bidouille pas beaucoup car je n'arrive plus à utiliser apt-get (ni même la logithèque évidemment).
Voici l'erreur (avec upgrade mais ça le fait avec toutes les commandes)  :

sudo apt-get upgrade
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
E: Le paquet virtualbox-4.3 doit être réinstallé, mais il est impossible de trouver son archive.

Merci pour votre aide

je précise que je ne bossais pas sur l'install de VirtualBox à ce moment mais de Picasa

config:
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Pour qu'on ait une idée un peu plus précise du problème, j'aimerais que tu nous donne les retours complets entre balises code (explications ici) de :

cat /etc/apt/sources.list
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list

et :

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

bon ben j'ai corrigé mon problème en lançant une resintall du pquet virtualbox avec dpkg:

sudo dpkg --install virtualbox-4.3_4.3.26-98988~Ubuntu~raring_amd64.deb

Tu as vraiment installé un paquet raring alors que tu es sous trusty ?

Virtualbox est dans les depots, pourquoi installler a partir d'une archive externe ?
