Pas de choix de démarrage après installation Ubuntu 14.10 en dual boot

Bonjour à tous. Voilà, je viens d'installer Ubuntu 14.10 sur un pc msi, en dual boot avec Windows 8.1. Tout s'est très bien passé pendant l'installation. Mais au redémarrage, s'est Windows qui se lance automatiquement.....
Apparemment, je ne suis pas le premier ni le seul à avoir ce soucis. Par contre, je ne sais pas du tout par quoi commencer ! De quoi avez vous besoin comme infos ? Je suis désolé de vous solliciter pour, à nouveau, ce soucis !!!
Je vous remercie d'avance !

alors je viens de mettre à jour ma signature pour avoir les infos sur mon pc.
Je vais tenter ceci et je vous tiens au jus

Bonjour,
Le nom de ton modèle d'ordi est incomplet : je te prie de donner le lien vers la page du site où tu l'as acheté pour que je puisse voir exactement de quel modèle il s'agit.
D'autre part, ce serait bien d'éviter une réparation de Boot-Repair : un "état des lieux", réalisé par un Boot-Info serait préférable. Tu posterais l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Bonjour. Milles excuses pour la réponse très tardive !!!! Pour le pc, voici le modele exact.
Finalement, en regardant sur les divers forums, je me suis rendu compte que dans le bios, il fallait sélectionner une option (dans le boot, sélectionner "ubuntu" et non pas Windows). J'ai eu accès sans soucis au grub !
Par contre, j'ai du quand même mettre le bazar quelque part avec boot repair hmm. En effet, quand je sélectionne "Ubuntu" pour le démarrage dans le grumb, le pc se reboot immédiatement et je tombe de nouveau sur le grumb et c'est seulement la que Ubuntu se lance....
Bon, pas très catholique mais ça marche....

N'oubliez pas de régler votre BIOS pour qu'il amorce sur le disque sdb (120GB) !

Les fichiers de démarrage de [L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS] sont loin du début du disque. Votre BIOS pourrait ne pas les détecter. Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Puis sélectionnez cette partition via l'option [Partition /boot séparée :] de [Réparateur de démarrage]. (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)

Si votre ordinateur redémarre directement sur Windows, essayez de changer l'ordre de démarrage dans votre BIOS.

Si tu trouves un path qui se termine par winload.efi, c'est bien que Windows 8.1 est installé en mode EFI. Par contre, si ça se termine par winload.exe, c'est que Windows 8.1 est installé en mode classique (non-EFI)

C'est vrai qu'on voit que ça a été bien bricolé. Du coup, je ne suis pas certain que Windows 8.1 est installé en mode EFI : pourrais-tu faire la vérif expliquée là : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/uefi#cas_ou_il … n_mode_efi
Cela commence à "Pour le savoir : Sous Windows ouvrir le terminal en mode admin (démarrer → taper "cmd" et CTRL-MAJ-ENTER) et taper "bcdedit"...."

Ha...... Alors comment procéder ? Je ré installe par dessus ? Vous pensez que la meilleur version à prendre est laquelle du coup ?

On voit dans ton image du post #8 que le fichier est winload.efi donc ton Windows 8.1 est installé en mode EFI et démarre en mode EFI. D'après quelques cas vus sur ce forum, il doit suffire de maintenir enfoncée la touche F11 au démarrage de ton ordi MSI pour faire apparaître un Boot Menu et là tu devrais avoir deux entrées nommées Ubuntu d'après ce que je vois dans cet extrait du boot-info :

En principe, l'une ou l'autre de ces deux entrées permet de démarrer Ubuntu.

Bonjour. Désolé pour le retard de retour !!!!!
Alors voilà, problème réglé. Effectivement, j'ai réussi a me dépatouiller via le bios. A présent, tout fonctionne parfaitement !
Seule question qui reste. Au vu de ce que dit "SilentStorm", devrais je installer une autre version que la mienne ? Et si oui, laquelle ?
Je vous remercie encore pour vos réponses et milles excuses pour le temps que je mets pour poster !!!!!

Tu devrais passer sans attendre(*) à la version 15.04. Pour cela, je te recommande de faire un essai en session live de Ubuntu 15.04 64 bits. Je te propose cette recette pour faire une liveUSB équipée de cette version : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1827291 (laisse bien 0 Mo pour la persistance comme c'est indiqué dans la recette).
Si ça fonctionne bien en session live de Ubuntu 15.04 (choix "Try Ubuntu without installaling" au démarrage), tu peux faire la mise à niveau vers la version 15.04 qui te sera proposée par le Gestionnaire de mises à jour. Si ça ne fonctionne pas parfaitement en session live, poste ici pour dire ce qui se passe et en tout cas n'accepte pas la mise à niveau proposée par le Gestionnaire de mises à jour.

(*) si tu attends, tu vas personnaliser de plus en plus ta version actuelle 14.10 et comme une mise à niveau est rarement réussie à 100% (voire même qu'elle peut merder à 100%), tes personnalisations risquent de ne pas passer l'épreuve. Il vaut donc mieux passer de suite à la 15.04 et seulement après cela, faire tes personnalisations, tes install de logiciels, etc..

Bonjour. Alors j'ai suivi toutes les étapes sans problèmes pour la création du live usb.
Par contre, apres le choix "Try Ubuntu without installaling", j'ai un écran noir avec des lignes qui défilent

noire



Ensuite, reboot et de nouveaux sur le menu "Try Ubuntu without installaling"
Une idée ?

Les lignes qui défilent indiquent un problème de gestion de l'affichage. Moi je ne suis pas connaisseur dans ces pb d'affichage aussi je t'invite à créer une nouvelle discussion sur le forum spécialisé
"Affichage et cartes graphiques" pour qu'on t'aide à faire fonctionner l'affichage en session live Ubuntu 15.04. En attendant, il faut rester avec Ubuntu 14.10.

EDIT : il y a une solution alternative mais il faudrait refaire entièrement l'installation : c'est d'installer Ubuntu 14.04.2 64 bits(*) parce que cette version a le même noyau et la même gestion de l'affichage que Ubuntu 14.10. L'avantage, c'est qu'elle est maintenue jusqu'en Août 2016 (voir graphique "14.04.x Ubuntu Kernel Support Schedule" du doc LTS Enablement Stack) alors que la 14.10 n'est maintenue que jusqu'en juillet 2015 (source)
