[Résolu][1404]Soft lockup au boot
Bonjour,
J'ai une 14.04 xubuntu.
s@xubuntu:~$ uname -r
3.13.0-51-generic
Depuis aujourd'hui le boot plante avec un écran en damier lors de l'init graphique.
J'ai tenté en live-usb : idem.
Je suis passé par grub, démarrage en recovery mode, controle des espaces disques et des packages ... rien de notable ... puis reprise du boot, et là je récupère l'interface graphique mais avec une cascade de messages en mode popup (et une session qui fonctionne) :

Pour info, il me semble avoir pris la dernière mise à jour du kernel, du coup avec Grub j'ai tenté de redémarrer avec un kernel antérieur, et c'est pareil. Plutot cohérent avec le fait que j'ai aussi le problème en live-usb ... ça ne semble pas lié à la version du kernel...
Du coup j'ai émis l'hypothèse d'un pb hard, à commencer par la carte graphique ou l'écran, mais le fait que ça redémarre (même très bancal) après le recovery mode, exclut cette piste.
Donc j'en appelle à votre science ;-)

Je viens de passer commande d'une Corsair VS450, ça ne peut pas faire de mal ...
Après avoir regardé sur la toile ce qu'est la 5VSB, je ne vois pas en quoi elle expliquerait mon problème, mais bon, remettre une alim neuve ne peut pas faire de mal, surtout que j'ai changé mes disques il y a quelques semaine, donc mon alim vieillissante peut peiner ....

Scoop : il semblerait que le pb ait disparu,au détour de mes multiples reboots... et ce, quelque soit le kernel utilisé.
L'explication que j'y vois c'est que mon alim ait été trop faible, et que ma nouvelle alim ait rechargé la pile de la carte mère, ce qui explique qu'il lui ait fallu un peu de temps.
Pour valider mon hypothèse, je vais laisser mon PC à l'arrêt pour la nuit, et je vais refaire un test demain. On verra ...

Je ne sais pas quelle est la version du kernel sur les live cd/usb (normalement pas la dernière), mais le bug n'a été corrigé qu'à partir de la version 3.18. Il faut croire que cela ne concerne que certaines marques ou composants, car je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème.
J'attends ta confirmation demain. Dans tous les cas, tu n'auras pas acheté une nouvelle alim pour rien.

Ce matin : gel au boot sur le splash screen.
Depuis, le boot se déroule sans gel mais j'ai toujours les popup d'erreur ci-dessus à l'ouverture de session ...
Bref, ça ne va pas mieux :'(
Je ne pense pas que ce soit le bug du kernel : je ne l'ai jamais eu précédemment.
J'aurai besoin d'aide pour fouiller les logs de l'interface graphique xubuntu : j'ai l'impression que c'est par là que ça se passe ...

Ca n'a sûrement rien à voir, mais pourquoi utilises-tu xubuntu i386 ? Tu as tenté le test avec une live iso 64 bits ? Et pour ne pas complètement écarter la piste du kernel, tu peux essayer de lancer un livecd d'Ubuntu/Xubuntu 15.04 avec son noyau 3.19 (censé corriger le bug).
Dans un des liens mentionnés plus haut, un type a carrément viré sa carte graphique pour contourner le problème. Mais c'est une option que tu n'as pas, sauf si ta carte mère dispose d'un chipset graphique intégré.

Ah oui, mais là je n'ai pas cette option ... et si j'en viens à changer de carte graphique, eh ben ... je changerai sûrement ma carte mère au passage, comme ça j'aurai une PC tout neuf ;-)
Je m'interroge aussi sur le fait que mes pb soient arrivé avec les hausses de températures ... mon PC a peut-être un pb hard qui s'est réveillé avec la chaleur ... je dis ça parce que mon alim toute neuve souffle comme un boeuf ... il a quand même fait 37° cet aprem ....

Boot 14.04 : Aucun pb sur la séquence de démarrage, par contre, j'ai toujours les popups à l'ouverture de session (cf mes copies d'écran au post #7.
Live 15.02 : Il y a eu un problème sur la génération de la clé USB. Il faut que je regarde si il y a quelque chose là dessus sur le forum....
Donc à ce stade, je reste (faute de mieux) sur mon hypothèse d'un composant qui a souffert de la chaleur, probablement en lien avec la carte graphique ...
J'aimerai fouiller les logs de l'IHM pour comprendre le popup d'erreur, peut-être que ça expliquera le reste ... pour cela aussi, je vais faire un tour dans la section adhoc ...

Juste pour préciser que le pb de génération de la live-usb 15.02 est résolu ici.
Cela dit, une fois démarré, mon PC n'arrive à rien .... l'interface graphique doit être trop lourde, c'est pour cela que je suis passé en xubuntu ... mais au moins, je n'ai pas de message d'erreur.
Sinon, j'ai posté mon pb dans la section Graphique du forum, on verra bien si quelqu'un se penche dessus

Pourquoi ne pas avoir testé avec Xubuntu 15.04 ? Je mets le 04 en gras car tu n'arrêtes pas de parler d'Ubuntu 15.02.
Sur l'autre topic, je laisse la main à un autre, en espèrant que tu auras plus de chance ce coup-ci. Je garde quand même un oeil sur ton cas. La résolution de ton problème m'intrigue pas mal.
