[résolu] Problèmes installation Ubuntu 14.04, 15.04 et linuxmint 17

Bonjour,

Voici une semaine que je cherche une solution, j'ai parcouru tous les topics documentation et forum pour y trouver une réponse, mais rien.

Ma fille dispose d'un portable Toshiba Satellite C50D-B. (j'ai parcouru la liste toshiba présente dans la doc. mais pas repris).

La carte graphique est malheureusement une AMD radeon HD8330 (512Mo).

À l'installation en cd-live de Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS et de LinuxMint 17, la carte graphique n'est pas prise en charge. (Ubuntu : page noire de suite, on voit même pas le grub, LinuxMint : présence du grub, mais au lancement, écran noir)

J'essaye alors la 15.04 : Là, grup fonctionne, le cd-live se lance, mais aucune prise en charge du pad ni du clavier. J'installe une souris usb, prise en charge, mais je ne sais taper aucun caractère (sauf en mode graphique en faisant un coller/copier, mais pas de chiffres). Donc je ne sais rien taper en console.

Je n'arrive même pas à taper ma clé pour avoir accès au wi-fi.

Bien sûr, j'ai désactivé secure boot et ai booté en EFI.

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Si ce n'est pas ce modèle, donne le nom COMPLET de ton modèle.

Comme indiqué sur cette page de la documentation seule la version internationale d'Ubuntu est compatible avec une installation UEFI, ce qui semble être ton cas...

Si ce n'est pas ce modèle, donne le nom COMPLET de ton modèle.

C'est en effet ce modèle. Mais le topic que tu m'as montré n'arrange pas mon affaire, il n'y a aucune reconnaissance du clavier. Aucune touche ne fonctionne.

C'est en effet ce modèle.

C'est pour ça qu'on invite les gens à chercher sur le forum et ailleurs sur la toile avant de poster.

C'est ce que je fais depuis une semaine, mais je ne trouve rien en ce qui concerne la reconnaissance du clavier et du pad.

Oui, je l'ai téléchargée depuis le site anglais.

Mais au niveau clavier et pad, rien qui change.

Oui, il y a windows 8.1.
Mais j'ai enfin trouvé la solution.
En fait je suivais l'excellent tutoriel de malbo pour l'installation d'ubuntu en dual-boot avec windows 8.1 à partir du cd-live en mode "essai". Mais en mode "essai", comme j'avais dit : pas de fonctions claviers ni de pad (souris).
Après 7 jours, j'en ai eu assez, je me suis dit : tant pis, j'installe avec le cd directement. J'ai pas fait l'installation "à côté de", mais autre chose; fait mes partitions et plus de problèmes. Dès que j'ai commencé l'instal à partir du CD live, j'ai eu accès au clavier et au pad.
Sûrement un bug dans la situation d'essai, je sais pas.
Merci à vous deux pour l'aide apportée.

Bravo manon123. En somme, la clé du succès c'est de NE PAS sélectionner "Try Ubuntu without installing" (ici) mais de sélectionner la ligne du dessous "Install Ubuntu". N'est-ce pas ? C'est assez rare mais j'ai déjà vu des cas comme ça sur le forum où il fallait sélectionner directement "Install Ubuntu" pour que l'installation réussisse. 
Je souhaite ajouter ton modèle d'ordi C50D-B-10W dans la Liste des portables « Toshiba ». Pour que ça serve d'exemple d'installation pour ceux qui ont ce même modèle, je te prie de démarrer une session sur ton Ubuntu fraîchement installé et de faire un Boot-Info depuis cette session. Tu donneras l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Les fichiers de démarrage de [L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS] sont loin du début du disque. Votre BIOS pourrait ne pas les détecter. Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Puis sélectionnez cette partition via l'option [Partition /boot séparée :] de [Boot-Repair]. (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)

Si votre ordinateur redémarre directement sur Windows, essayez de changer l'ordre de démarrage dans votre BIOS.
Si votre BIOS ne permet pas de changer l'ordre de démarrage, changez l'entrée de démarrage par défaut de l'amorceur Windows.
Par exemple, vous pouvez démarrer Windows, puis saisir la commande suivante dans une invite de commande en mode administrateur :

C'est du beau travail.
Je vois que tu as utilisé ntfs-config pour créer tes montages des partitions NTFS. Je te conseillerais quand même de commenter les lignes suivantes de montage de ton fstab :
- la ligne de montage de la partition système de Windows (le disque C: suivant appellation de Windows) qui porte chez toi le label "TI31311600A"
- la ligne de montage de la partition Recovery
- la ligne de montage de la partition "System"
Motif : tu n'as pas à écrire dans ces partitions. Tu as seulement à lire éventuellement dans la partition système de Windows et pour lire, tu n'as aucun besoin que cette partition soit montée dans le fstab. Si par extraordinaire tu avais à écrire dans cette dernière partition, il suffirait d'éditer le fstab et dé-commenter la ligne de montage de cette partition.     
Cela se fait en passant la commande suivante (pour installer gksu) :

sudo apt-get install gksu

Puis après que gksudo soit installé, en passant la commande pour éditer le fichier fstab :

gksudo gedit /etc/fstab

Et en rajoutant le caractère # devant les lignes en question (c'est ça qu'on appelle "commenter" une ligne).

Tout à fait, je ne m'étais pas rendu compte que j'avais laissé tous les droits à ces fichiers.

C'est fait. J'ai commenté les lignes susmentionnées avec gksudo et en éditant fstab dans le répertoire etc.

Je viens d'ajouter ton modèle Satellite C50D-B-10W dans la Liste des portables « Toshiba ». Si tu as des remarques à faire ou des conseils à donner quand tu auras approfondi l'utilisation de Ubuntu dans ta machine, tu pourras les poster dans la présente discussion puisque j'ai donné le lien.

Pour mémoire, ton modèle dont on peut voir les caractéristiques sur cette page, est équipé d'un processeur AMD Quad-Core A4-5000. La partie "carte graphique" AMD Radeon HD 8330 est en fait intégrée sur la même puce que le processeur.
